Why such a low rating? The misinformation given by emergency room staff at time of admission, which had serious consequences; the neglecting to receive family input at admission, which directly led to prescribing of inappropriate medication; and unresolved issues after multiple letters to the CEO. I then requested to attend the trustees meeting, at which I asked for answers to specific questions raised, and was told by their Chair that she would respond. In her subsequent letter, rather than addressing each issue, she wrote, “I believe the Hospital has fully addressed each of the concerns”—which simply was not true. I responded to her and included a request for copies of relevant Hospital policies but received no reply. The trustees do not have my trust.

Excellent care! Couldn’t have asked for better service from friendly, knowledgeable staff! They really care!

Never going back unless there is no other choice. Allow other patients to trigger my Recall without ever caring how it makes me feel or what I experience because of it. Was in ER again due to a seizure and sent me home with a ride from the family continually exacerbating my Recall trauma.

Absolutely trash. They misdiagnosed my girlfriend son and prescribed a medicine that after insurance was $240 because he "had the flu." He had strep throat so now she wanted the money on that medicine and they won't do anything about it. All this money on a new hospital and they cant even identify strep throat? Its pathetic
