Wonderful staff who are on top of things from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. They gave me a wonderful birthing experience and I had some of the best nurses ever, especially Erika M! (Highly recommend anyone in L&D to ask for her) Everyone was friendly, helpful, encouraging, attentive to detail, and made sure to explain everything before a procedure took place to make sure you was 100% comfortable and that all questions had been answered. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It needs to teach it's housekeeping and nursing and doctors how to treat and talk to people. My dad was in there for a week an never not once did housekeeping come in his room. An it needed cleaning had empty tubes the nurses use to take ur blood in under his hospital bed. Nurses some of them was helpful and the others acted like they had better things to do.

Unfortunately this is the only hospital in this city but next time we will go to another city for better care. Apparently this place is run by “students in training” which does NOT excuse the Nurses from dropping my Dad on the floor and then refusing to allow me to video his complaint regarding this horrific incident! Afterwards the Dr (you will rarely see the same Dr. twice) over the phone decided to NOT even examine or X-Ray his then injured coccyx from this fall until we begged immensely for an exam and an X-Ray! When it came time to relocate Dad to “after Care” for Rehab it took over two weeks to “process him” out of there because of a one day Holiday (Presidents Day). Really? Yes really... apparently if there is a holiday be prepared for a two week set back! :(

ONE nurse cared about me the entire time I was in labor and delivery having my baby. I attempted a vbac. Unnecessary intervention led to another traumatizing csection for me. I felt nearly everything, not just tugging and pulling, but searing and stinging pain.I could feel cutting and real actual pain. I am forever traumatized from my experience here. I'm not sure I'll ever truly emotionally recover. I was robbed of the birthing experience of my dreams and instead came home with my PTSD and depression increased. Please just go somewhere else to deliver your baby, you are more than just a slab of meat. You are important and so is your baby.
