Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Unfortunately I was seen by the clinic May’2016 and the hospital after that for surgery on my right wrist. I had so many issues with staff, their processes and my medical condition. Took almost 2 years to figure out my medical bills and I end up paying more due to their incompetence. They didn’t submit my referral for surgery, I almost end up paying for the whole amount of the surgery. To this date I have pain on my wrist everyday. None of the staff know what their doing. I call it the crazy hospital. I just want to make sure I tell as many people as I can. If you have a choice, go to another medical facility. I and my family will never go here. This was the worst experience in my life at a hospital and clinic.

Staff is rude, unhelpful god forbid yourself or someone you know meeds to be seen at the ER most of the nurses have an attitude like they hate people or something >

Spent 4 days here. Leaving now. Extremely unprofessional. ER room was dirty? Doctors were not informed I was in the ER. I was examined and admitted...a day later a nurse overdosed me. Sending me almost into cardiac arrest. They gave me 3 pills to reverse what she'd done. All the while telling me they were releasing me....I was still sick sick...and because the nurses insisted I go home...they'd stopped caring for me. The nurses were waiting on my discharge papers(3 days harrasment). I felt unwelcomed. I plan to never come to Kadlec again for any emergency ever. This was the worst experience I'd ever had there. No apologies from any of the staff from Kadlec. Just today a CNA, as I left said "We were all worried about you yesterday"...it was nice of her.

I had Botox injections on 8/29/2019 with no change, after waiting 2 weeks for results to appear, nothing changed. I have full mobility of my facial muscles, raising brows, frowning, etc. Wrinkles appear as if no Botox procedure was done. I went in for a review and was told I needed to wait for the Botox to wear off (3-4 months), before more could be applied. I’ve had Botox done in the past for 3 years (at another Plastic Surgeons office, Espirit Cosmetics - Angela - Tualatin, OR), I knew what to expect in terms of results, and pricing. I was extremely disappointed to see that with Dr. Fleming no results were noted. An absolute waste of my money ($455)

I had my baby on 07/11 and all of the nurses were very kind specially Savy and Raquel thank you for all your hard work.
