Crystal the ER nurse is the best nurse I’ve ever had and two years later I still think about her kindness.

Good care, but lack of communication among doctors. A doctor Cox was very rude. LOUSY FOOD. It hasn't improved since the last time I was in the hospital, and that was back in 1996. Parking,as always,is a nightmare.

HORRIBLE! They are quick to take your money but leave u in pain for HOURS! I went to urgent care hrs before they closed. They sent me to do a CT scan and blood work ($90) total. All that , walking, with severe abdominal pain. Just to sit and wait another 3 hrs in the ER! I’m still here. In pain. The only reason I haven’t walked out is because I work HARD for my money. Can’t just pay all that and leave. But this is BS!

Met the rudest RN (Mariah) in my life tonight, in the E.R. The way she spoke to certain patients speaks volumes about her, and not in a good way. She was demeaning to my wife, and told an elderly Hispanic man to learn English. Kaiser is thenow dragging the bottom of the barrel. I asked to speak to the charge nurse and waited over 90 minutes, she never showed.

Awful.this is the second time I come here with my 78 years old mom and wait for 5 hours and 45 minutes. U get worse not better with the waiting.
