My husband recently had a procedure done and had to stay overnight. The staff members who had cared for him were extremely warm and welcoming. Everyone was extremely attentive to my husband and family members. They really made the experience a pleasant one.
The facility was clean and well maintained.
Overall it was a pleasant experience.
This is a fantastic hospital. When I came in to have my procedure done every single staff member was incredibly kind and courteous. The facility is clean and well maintained. For obvious reasons I never want to return again but if I do I know I will be in good hands.
This is one of the worst hospitals we have been to in 49 years of my wife being ill. The staff "think" they know what there doing but we can tell you this YOU DON"T PUT AN I.V. IN AN ARTERY, YOU PUT IT IN THE VEIN! All they do is try to pawn you off on some one else...and they do the same. I would give 0 stars if I could. 6 hours of then doing nothing.....I can fly her to Portland to the med school faster then this hospital works. This E.D. is a joke.
Some of the worse service I've ever had. Lived here my whole life, they keep building it bigger and ago n more doctors, but the service level of care in non-existent. Doctor and staff don't communicate which severe affect patients coming in with serious conditions as I did. No concern for patients staying over night, if something goes wrong they make the patient wait several hrs til the Dr comes in on their own schedule instead of calling the Dr. I writhed around in for 7 hrs before the Dr came in at their normal time. Dr's response wasd why didn't the staff call her. Absolutely no care, compassion, or empathy for another human being. Would suggest going to north valley hospital, or somewhere outside the valley.
I can't say enough good things about the pediatric surgery team. Every single one of them, from the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctors, were some of the best I've ever met. And I've had to deal with a lot of them.
