I absolutely loved this hospital I went into the ER with pain in my hip after testing it was found I had a sepsis infection in the hip joint,once they affirmed the infection it was probably less than 2 hrs before I was in the operating room,then recovery, two days later I was taken back into the operating room to clean things up and 3 days later I was going home,the nurse's were great very caring, gave me all the popsicles I wanted bottom line is I would feel comfortable with my closet loved one being cared for here

The ER staff was very quick to assist me and helped me be as comfortable as possible. I was taken care of very quickly and I wasn't in the hospital very long. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Absolutely outstanding service, and accommodating staff. The appearance is outstanding. However probably the most agonizing part of coming here is the parking. For a Hospital this size you should have FAR MORE parking available. From what I’ve seen even the staff have problems finding places to park. Solve that and you’ll be in the clear.

I agree with other reviews here. The administrative and BILLING personal are something to be desired. Connie particularly is rude, condescending and terrible to work with. I overpaid my bill and still received a new statement and balance owing. It took two hours (multiple people and calls) to figure out what had happened because they have a new billing system but her bedside manner was absolutely terrible. I asked to speak to her manager because I finally lost my patience with her tone and condescending attitude and rudeness. She told me to go online to fill out a complaint. No apologies, just a statement it wasn't her problem that their system was a challenge to work with...I reminded her she was in control of herself and how she treated the people that still contributed to her payroll. Unprofessional. Not happy. And still no call back from a manager to share my experience. I am not one to ruffles feathers and spent over an hour on the phone with this woman, finally just couldn't take it anymore. Customer service is not a concern with this company and since management cannot return phone calls, I suspect it comes from the top down.

Absolutely a garbage experience. The doctor just wants to get you in and out and doesn’t care about your condition. If your heart is still beating, he’s done with you.
