Absolutely amazing! I love everything about my experience here. First time going here they comforted me through my process. Asked me if i needed anything constantly and made sure i was ok start to finish. I wish I remembered the doctors names because they were phenomenal thank all of you for everything. This hospital is highly recommended !!!

Terrific experience. ER was very busy, but staff had it in hand. They were genuinely concerned. I was in and out in 3 hours. I would return to Kent again.

The E.R. is a bit slow but if you're going here for a procedure or surgery my experiences have been good. The nurses are usually very helpful, some more so than others. The cafeteria was a little annoying. They close down between breakfast and lunch and close down again between lunch and dinner. I spent 13 hours here when my wife had knee surgery and was never able to get a meal do to poor timing. The coffee stand was surprisingly affordable and the gift shop was reasonably priced on some items and over priced on others but that's to be expected.

I had the most terrible experience at this hospital. I was at the ED for 8+ hours and the CNAs never offered a water pitcher or PO fluids regardless of the fact that I was hypotensive even though I was receiving IV fluids. I was not on a restricted diet so I asked for water and they got it twice. They seemed annoyed when aswering the call light if I had to use the bedside commode (Dr’s orders). I am pregnant and had to ask for a snack after being there 4 hours and 4 hours after the snack I asked for a sandwich and a drink because I was starving. Medically speaking, this is a small hospital with little to offer. Short-staffed so everything takes forever!!!!! Dirty rooms, pt’s safety is not the number one priority. Overall, stay away!

I would not go there with anything serious. My son went in for a severe head injury they stitched him up and sent him home. Only at another hospital did we find out he needed a very serious surgery. The nurses and staff were terrible to other patients right in front of us and threw a stroke patients family out of a room when all they were doing was asking questions. Terrible atmosphere as well as terrible care.
