I was at the hospital for 4 days and from the first instance when I arrived into the Emergency Room, I was treated like I was the most important person in the universe. Being in customer service management and having worked in healthcare, I recognize good service when it's being given and I was treated with class and excellence by all members of the staff, as was my family. If I could, I would give each staff a million dollars, as they made me feel like a million dollars! God bless each one of them!

I’m seeing a lot of people complain about this hospital, DO NOT BELIEVE IT on my end personally. I am new to Brooklyn and had been going to kings county which I can definitely say is the worst hospital ever. I had a nair hair removal burn some months back in a place I rather not mention but you get the picture .. anyway I could not walk for days and my skin had been coming off due to the acid long story short I went to kings county and did not have Medicaid they gave me a powder and didn’t know what to do at all. I went 3 days straight then the EMT asked if I wanted to go to kingsbrook I wasn’t familiar with the place but when I did go it was clean and they checked on me right away , even helping me with my clothes being that it was painful to take off and walk or turn side to side ... they took their time with me and gave me the best medication without any insurance. I was in an out in about 2 hours which was short compared to kings county I was there for 9 hours and no one helped me at all there was even a fight that occurred several times between a patient and doctor , Kings brook also told me that I had been pregnant, coming December I will be back to go to them for delivery I absolutely love this place I hope I get the same great experience.

The service is horrible. My mom was admitted for an infection in here blood which she acquired while doing treatment there. There’s no communication among staff especially RN’s, doctors and not even with the patients. The excuse I was told as to why things are the way they are....is due to the hospital not being funded by the State of NY. It’s a shame, the fact that people go there to be treated and get better not to catch something else during treatments. The room that she was in is deplorable; bad lighting no light in the ceiling, no bio hazard bins in the room and for every time they would draw he blood there goes a new infection. To top it off, she sent me a video of a rat 🐀 in her room, like how do they really expect anyone to get better. All this and more is just Hospital and staff negligence. Some of the staff work because they just want to get paid, while some really do their work where is the work ethics.

This hospital is just trash, absolute trash. My mother has been here for a while now. The doctors are doing nothing but staying on the computer, the nurse directed us to the PCT when we asked whether or not she can have ice flakes or not. PCT says she doesn’t know you have to ask the nurse, we just asked the nurse and he told us go to the PCT smh. Help! Best hospital in Brooklyn would be Methodist hospital. Avoid Kingsbrook at all cost!

Good hospital. But EMS Room should be restocked more frequently :)
