Traumatic to say the least. Nurse said when I arrived from ambulance, "Oh he'll no, I'm not dealing with this one... Someone else do it." Before I had even said anything or done anything. They missed the IV into my vain but left it in. I was in and out of consciousness so I didn't know. It wasn't till an hour or so later when I went for an MRI that the tech noticed the IV infiltration, he started panicking, because my arm was huge and rock hard. I was in so much pain and as I said, I was in and out of consciousness so I had no clue. There's more but that's more than enough to be safe and choose a hospital where you might not die due to neglect. Also I've never seen a more empty ER thanks to the storm and time. Who knows how bad it could have been if it was during a normal time. Be safe.

I went to the emergency room because i wasn’t feeling well. I was seen within 2 hrs. Then the horror begins. The took blood and determined that i had an infection. They then ordered a cat-scan. The the results was issued after 4 hrs. In between the service and or attention was horrible. Medicine went empty had to call nurse to refill, wanted to go to the bathroom, called for assistance the responses was delayed and poor. The sterile protocol was not in effect all the time. Watched the same gloves being utilized for more than one patient. What capped it was the original diagnosis wasn’t even being paid any attention too any longer and the focus was turned to other “maybes”. This place suck. I must say there were some nice people but the hospital protocols are poor.

WORSE HOSPITAL IN BROOKLYN!!!! They work with no sense of urgency!!!!!! Once you come to the emergency room they call you fairly quick, then when you go to the back you are there ALL DAY! Be sure to ask for a damn stretcher, cause you’re going to sleep before help arrives. So frustrating.

I had the best experience ever in this hospital. I’ve been to so many different hospitals but kingsbrook is the #1. The doctors are amazing the nurses go above and beyond to help me thank you is not even enough. Thank you Dr Kodroff and his teams you all are amazing. Thank you...

Only reason I gave 1star is because of gat to to write a review. My mother been in kingsbrook for 5 Day's the care she is receiving is by far the worst I'm about to transfer her out of here. Call bell not being answered I a timely manner, doctor page so I can speak with her been waiting over an hour so far, rooms are shabby and the nurses have attitudes because they have to do work. Don't come here or bring your family
