Was transported here from doc office after my son started having a seizure. They don’t have a neurologist here so requested a transfer to where they do. Been waiting for the transfer for over two hours when I finally decided to ask when they would be here. The girl at the desk says ETA is 14:30 and I asked have you known this the whole time? She starts giving me attitude saying I didn’t ask HER that she hadn’t talked to me! Really?? Communication ere is non existent, the lady who drew his blood DROPPED the vials on the floor and USED THEM ANYWAY!!! Had to get my son a drink of water myself!! Little to NO PATIENT CARE HERE!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Jimmy was an angel! He really was so sweet and took the best care of me. He's very attentive! It really feels good to have someone truly care when you're not doing so well.

I was there this week visiting a friend and wanted to say that HIS and our experience was wonderful and uplifting. While there, the Director of “Lasting Impressions” stopped by the room to ensure it was clean and comfortable. We told Mr. Searles that the entire hospital was clean and comfortable. From his team all the way up to nursing, everyone has been accommodating and my friend said the food was good as well. Keep up the good work.
