I went in for a mammogram and they always call you with tons of questions. I have a heart monitor in and I told them that. I got the approval to go ahead with the test. I get there, assuming they knew about the implant, they did not know. It is not my business to do anyone's job. I told them from the initial call....do your job and be on ONE PAGE. NOT DIFFERENT. Then ask me if I want 2d or 3d exam. Apparently they were supposed to ask me that when I had my initial call....they did not. I could have spoke to my insurance company to see what s best. This is not a well organized group. Finally the one who did the mammogram was not very pleasant...very uncaring and a little rude. Next time, I'll get my mammogram someplace else.

Whatever expecting familes can do to avoid this place the better! After an ultrasound, apparently the fluid levels were low, but yet we were told everthing is fine. A month later my son is dead.
After numerous tests, ZERO answers!!! Oh but wait, here come the thousands of dollars in bills!
This place has shown incompetence from the start! Refusal to call back and discuss blood work, or any other issues. They are time and time again, nothing but broken promises and dreams. Dr. Jennifer Kelly was useless and was hardly there as she was whom my wife chose as her Dr.
Oddly enough, i have received bill after bill afyer bill......over 6 per month since then. Proof that they are nothing more than blood sucking vultures, that are concerned about $$$, as opposed to the health and well being of their patients/customers.
Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere!!!

If you go to the ER, expect to pay $1000 just to borrow the room and another $500 for the doctors time and resources. Really wish they told me I could have gone to urgent care for a few stitches.

Terrible treatment just by calling to get the correct number for my doctor. “Well you’re calling the hospital, not your doctor.” “I have no clue who you’re doctor is.” I’ll just message my doctor since your people can’t even have the decency to talk to someone like a normal nice human being.
