Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center

My husband was treated extremely well. All staff were attentive at all times, and answered all questions fully. Accommodated waiting/concerned family members humanely. I hope we don't need a hospital again, but Meridian Park will be my hospital of choice if there's a need.

I went in for a mammogram and they always call you with tons of questions. I have a heart monitor in and I told them that. I got the approval to go ahead with the test. I get there, assuming they knew about the implant, they did not know. It is not my business to do anyone's job. I told them from the initial call....do your job and be on ONE PAGE. NOT DIFFERENT. Then ask me if I want 2d or 3d exam. Apparently they were supposed to ask me that when I had my initial call....they did not. I could have spoke to my insurance company to see what s best. This is not a well organized group. Finally the one who did the mammogram was not very pleasant...very uncaring and a little rude. Next time, I'll get my mammogram someplace else.

Very fast and efficient people never very much of a wait

This is the second best Hospital I have been in first one was Mayo Clinic Phoenix Arizona 2005 or I had my transplant this Hospital Legacy is a very good Hospital people look at you and smile when they say hi not like browser Hospital and Phoenix so I leave here very happy even though I'm not the patient just to visit her for my brother-in-law thank you for treating him good

Terrible treatment just by calling to get the correct number for my doctor. “Well you’re calling the hospital, not your doctor.” “I have no clue who you’re doctor is.” I’ll just message my doctor since your people can’t even have the decency to talk to someone like a normal nice human being.
