Family friend has been waiting in the ER with her mother who has cancer and has been running a fever of 101 and higher. Over hours Nothing being rushed fast enough for a woman who is so sick she is on her death bed. >needless to say bad

Got an ant in my ear, got charged over a grand just to get hydrogen peroxide with water in ear because I couldn't afford insurance. Made payments till I couldn't afford it. I was given wrong information about payment extensions and financial aide they provide and was sent to collections without any notice. When I called to see what happened, I was given inaccurate information that kept changing as the conversation went on. They claimed my address on file was my old address even though I was getting my billing statements at the right address. They claimed I never called which I did call. They kept jumping dates of when I last paid and when I last spoke to them. Would not recommend anyone to go here if you live paycheck to paycheck. They told me there was financial help but never given proper information on it. Their treatment of lower class, their work ethics and quality of service is really bad.

Couldn’t be happier that we selected this hospital to give birth . The nurses and doctors are extraordinary. They were super helpful and caring throughout the 3 days we spent there .

This was not only the best surgery experience I have ever had, but the whole experience with everyone from the hospital was top notch.
The hospital was very detail oriented and asked lots of questions to make sure both of us were comfortable with what was going on.
When I entered the day surgery center they were totally on top of things, went through their process like clock work. Including getting my IV in the first time and even using some numbing medicine to make it even less painful.
My nurse was respectful, full of knowledge, friendly and a joy to be around. She made sure I was calm and comfortable.
As the surgery time was approaching they let me know the Doctor was actually a little ahead so I might be able to start my surgery a little early.
Entering the operating room everything was totally organized and functioned like a well tuned machine. I was having surgery within moments of entering the operating room. The surgery was done exactly in the time that the doctor had said it would be.

I did not mention I had spinal surgery, so intrusting myself to someone to operate on my spine was a big deal, and all of the people from Meridian Park passed with flying colors.

When a male doctor comes in because your suicidal but doesn't want to listen! Why would I want to stay! The doctor ordered every test possible just to get more money was pretty ridiculous! The doctor never came back! My husband and I walked out after waiting an hour in a half, after numerous attempts at getting discharge papers we walked out! The nurses were excellent as usual! They took the greatest care and they listened!
