Aside from the long wait time, (which isn't their fault) they had a high volume of patients, I had a great experience. My lab results came back quickly. My nurse was wonderful, a man named John. He had many great ideas for me to take home. I felt better after taking his advice.
I went to the ER at 9pm and when I entered there were a couple people waiting in front of me and some of them were children. So I got checked in and was told that I would be calling in shorty. So here I am waiting for a hour and they already called in some people who came in after me. 2 hour goes by they called in at least 3 people so I went to the front asking how long it was going to take. They told me that I was not sick enough and it would be a little while by the 3rd hour they only took in the little kids. Also by that 3rd hour came in a woman who clearly was high on drugs and they took her in under 15 minutes. So by the 4th hour more than 30 people were taken in and I was left and a lady who came in at the same time. And at this moment I was about to pass out by how ill I was that I just decided to leave and all they said was sorry. Never again
Quality PCP visit. Short wait time. Professional staff. Doctor was very thorough.
Dr. said I would need time off and would probably needed to get to a pcp to write it for more than 7 days. Then wrote I could return to work the next day but not use cleaners. My hands hurt so bad I can't touch anything. So how would I run an entire cafe by myself. Im not out seeking pain pills or attention. The strongest pain pill I've had in year's was tramadol. I'm not there to per say get out of working. But the opposite. I dont want to get fired bc I cant do my job. Then didnt even sign the prescription for a nerve blocker. Can you say HIPPA I got home and have another ladys med list.
Deserves another 0 . Had my second child there along with my second c section. Daughter would not pass through my pelvic area. As with my son. She was not in distress but the decision was made she would not pass either and to proceed with a c-section. Got in there she was doing pre testing asking me if i could feel what she was doing. And i could. And i let her know i felt what ever you just did. She did not believe me. She did not administer more anything. She started to cut into me and my whole body went into spasms and i was going into shock. They gas masked me and put me under. Which is not normal for a c section at all. The horrendous experience did not get any better after that. It was followed by the worst 3 days of my life being trapped in an un compassionate hospital. There was a very few amazing nurses there. And one complete wack job. On top of the rude ones. My daughter still has a scar at the age of 5. From a regular bandaid being removed with scissors, by said crazy one. She some how cut my little 2 day old baby. And that scar is still there. Traumatic. I was diverted there. My advice don't call ahead. I hear they cant turn you away once you arrive. And if your planning on having your baby here. I would reconsider it. !!!
