Great experience so far with doctors and just one or two excellent nurses. Most of the nursing staff is just plain lazy and rude.

The few nurses who are excellent, show compassion for my elderly, sick dad. Most of the nurses, though, are only interested in sitting on their behinds at the nursing station.

The nursing staff who don't seem to care for their patients, just seem to only trying to get through their shift with very limited effort and always watching the clock for the end of their workday.

Lorraine is the best one in there! My mother was treated there and was in there for 3 days and she was just a funny and nice girl. Great customer service.

I love MDR!! They made me feel like family. It was my first surgery so I was beyond scared. The nurses are the sweetest. They checked in with me every hour. In fact the nurse gave me a hug when I checked in through admissions. Dr. Rim is the best surgeon ever! Moving forward he is the only person I trust with my life.

We thank the Discharge Nurse, on Nov. 16th. 2018; the Rehab. Dept; and Lisa who handled Medical Transport. You have all left an everlasting impression upon us. Complete lack of customer service and respect for patient time. They told us check in was at 5am, so we arrived at 5am (actually about 4:45 because we are punctual people). We stayed in the car until just before 5am. We were told to have a seat. We were in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone spoke to us. When we were finally called, we were informed the nurse does not even arrive until 5:30. So why were we told to be here at 5am? Worse yet, even after 5:30 am we continued to wait. The nurses finally arrived at 5:45. This was a complete waste of my time.

And it was not like they were busy. We were the only ones in the waiting room the entire time.
I don’t have tolerance for any company that does not respect my time. But if it was the other way, I would be charged or have my appointment cancelled. Such a hypocrisy. Don’t waste your time here
