I love MDR!! They made me feel like family. It was my first surgery so I was beyond scared. The nurses are the sweetest. They checked in with me every hour. In fact the nurse gave me a hug when I checked in through admissions. Dr. Rim is the best surgeon ever! Moving forward he is the only person I trust with my life.
Complete lack of customer service and respect for patient time. They told us check in was at 5am, so we arrived at 5am (actually about 4:45 because we are punctual people). We stayed in the car until just before 5am. We were told to have a seat. We were in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone spoke to us. When we were finally called, we were informed the nurse does not even arrive until 5:30. So why were we told to be here at 5am? Worse yet, even after 5:30 am we continued to wait. The nurses finally arrived at 5:45. This was a complete waste of my time.
And it was not like they were busy. We were the only ones in the waiting room the entire time.
I don’t have tolerance for any company that does not respect my time. But if it was the other way, I would be charged or have my appointment cancelled. Such a hypocrisy. Don’t waste your time here
Absolutely horrible experience th Dr was OK nothing to write home about The nurse was horrendous NEVER Go back to this abysmal place
When its an emergency and your ill, you dont care where 911-LAFD takes you. I was fortunate enough to land here...CS-MDR! My experience from the ambulance, to ER care, to admittance and care in the hospital... was nothing short of A+. Natalie and Troy in ER
(there were others just fuzzy on their names) to the floor nurses and caregivers once admitted...(Raisa, Simone, Alice, Rosa and Carla) my care and attention for my well- being and health was exceptional. They all were prompt, polite, repectful, patient, kind, informative, available and extremely on top of my care.
I am home now....thankful to have had such professional care with a "personal" touch....thank you all! God Bless...Susan D.
Worst hospital I been to in my life. Only one in the er lobby still waited over 30 minutes when I was going through an allergic reaction. Hospital gown had stains on them means they reuse them, that's gross. The nurse missed with a huge iv needle, left blood on me. Than these rooms are tiny 10 x 8 cell, with the littlest bed to lay on with the arm rest broken. Been in the bank for 45 minutes still no medicine connected to the i.v and it's just hanging out of my arm.
