The service here is amazing compared to anywhere we have been. My moms night nurse Brittany is absolutely wonderful. My momma was having one of the worst pains she’s felt and Brittany did everything she could to help her, she was kind and checked on her and reheated heating pads and replaced ice packs and anything that was asked of her she did it as soon as she could. As for the other nurses here, I have not had much interaction with but the little times I have had they were sweet and answered all our questions. The doctors say and talked with us and talked us through everything and explained and listened to our concerns 😊 would definitely recommend.

If I could give this place zeroes I so would. As most of you, I have had nothing but horrible experiences with MGH, first off I had gotten Staph in my sinuse cavity and they sent me home saying it was a very bad sinus infection, two days later I had lost half the vision in my right eye and almost died. Few years pass, seriously feel like I am dying go to ER tell them I have a mass on my right breast, fever of 105.8, and weak unable to walk and so on; again send me home next day I am so bad at this point go to Blackford County and am immediately rushed back to MGH, NC I was so sick and sepsis that Blackford wasn't able to care for how critically ill I was. AGAIN MGH ALMOST KILLED ME, then my niece at 19 years old just got out of a coma from 2 months bc MGH LABELD HER A JUNKIE AND SENT HER HOME NEXT THING WE KNEW SHE IS ON LIFE SUPPORT FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE, HAD 2 OPEN HEART SURGERIES AND SO PLACE IS A JOKE, A HUGE JOKE.

I would like to give a solid review but I can not give any at all as I was trying to reschedule an apt for over 30 minutes. Each time I called I would be disconnected from the general question thread. I ended up randomly choosing a practice and everything went to voicemail. Until I can actually speak with someone my rating will remain at a 1 star.

Edit:
Wanted to make sure that this is for the satellite practice on the south side of town and not the actual hospital.
