Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to. The staff is rude, way too long wait times even when the waiting room is clear, and unsanitary conditions. I brought my toddler in here with a 104 fever. They did a swab of his throat and nose to check for flu and strehp throat. They said it would only be a few minutes, and after 2 HOURS in the waiting room with an extremely ill toddler with a high fever, I asked them the test results and they informed me of the results and said they had the results for an hour and a half and "forgot to tell me." Flash forward 2 MORE HOURS and they got us in a room. They did an X-Ray to look for signs of pneumonia. Then 2 MORE HOURS later I go out to the desk and the doctor literally has her head in her hand looking at her phone. I asked them what was going on, and the doctor rolled her eyes at me and told me all the test results were negative and they gave him some fever reducer. I had to go out and ask them for test results and what not 4 different times, and every time they had "forgot" or had the results and were too lazy walk 2 feet into my room with my severely sick child with a high fever to give me simple results and put me and my sons fathers minds at ease. Worst hospital experience I have ever had.

I had bypass surgery on my leg at this hospital. My doctor name is Dr Willis he is great. The staff at the hospital was very nice. The nurse I had his name is Dan he was very caring and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable.

My 85 yo mother was seen twice in the ER at another hospital in 3 days because she kept fainting/falling. Both times they just sent her home & told her to exercise to build up her stamina. The 3rd time, she fainted we took her to Marshall MC South. They quickly discovered she had 100% blockage in one artery & 85% in the other AND they discovered that when she fell, she shattered her shoulder! They have been quick to take care of her needs. They have kept me informed at every step. They literally saved my mother's life. Also, the cleanliness in that hospital amazed me.

This Hospital Deserves No Star's! The triage nurse's are so unprofessional it's rediculous, they sit around and gossip and ignore the real emergencies, I hope when they have to seek hospital care they get treated 1 million times worse, I'd have no sympathy for their sorry as**s!! I'd recommend you seek medical care out of state before going here!!!

My dad is here and I am very impressed with nurses. A special shout out to Kay and Kasie the day shift nurses. They have laughed with us as well as cried and prayed with us. These two have a heart of gold and their passion for what they do shines through!
