Excellent doctors and staff.

Billing department: VERY poor. Watch out, they don’t keep a good paper trail. One representative will tell you one thing while the next will tell another. I have an account sitting in collections, which I was told was going to be pulled from collections due to their error. I’m 30 and never had a bill in collections.

Absolutely the worst medical care facility in Marshall county. Charged a 19 year old girl who lives on her own with no insurance 1100$ to see a doctor for the common cold. How is anyone supposed to afford healthcare? There should really be some discussion about the costs up front. Terrible administration and management. I'm sad that this hospital is still in existence. It is a disgrace to our town!!!!

Hospital is very nice and surprisingly very quiet! I appreciate the services and how nice the nurses and doctors are! For someone who always has to be in the hospital scene of things, this hospital was quite refreshing! Got my will lab work done quickly and efficiently, plus wasn’t stabbed more than once! Lovely nurse! Thank y’all!

The most god awful hospital I've ever had the displeasure of being at. They were awful to me when I was in labor with my son. Then when I took my mother in law up there because she was having symptoms of a heart attack, they again, proved how incompetent they are. They did not take her blood pressure, they didn't give her an IV, they didn't even do something as simple as take her temperature. The doctor came into the room (after a 6 hour wait) & told her it was prob a stomach virus, gave her a nausea pill, & sent her home. Fast forward 2 days later, I take her to Gadsden Regional. They took her right in, no wait, & listened to her, did x-rays only to find out she had scarring on her heart were she had had 2 or 3 minor hard attacks! Then when my aunt went to that hospital with a infected spider bite, she caught staph (while in their care), so they moved her to ICU. In a matter of hours, she developed sepsis & they told us she wasn't going to make it. Obviously we were upset, crying, asking if they were going to even TRY! The head nurch in ICU said they've done everything they can & kicked us out of the room. Wouldn't even let us say goodbye. She passed about 15 mins after she kicked us out. This is the most neglectful, hateful, incompetent, sorry excuse for a hospital! Take 30 mins and drive to Gadsden Regional. Your chances of survival will be greater.

I've had surgery in Birmingham, Huntsville and MMCS. I've never felt in better hands than I did today. Granted the doctor takes much credit but I felt as though I was in great hands today during knee surgery. Thank you all.
