Hospital is very nice and surprisingly very quiet! I appreciate the services and how nice the nurses and doctors are! For someone who always has to be in the hospital scene of things, this hospital was quite refreshing! Got my will lab work done quickly and efficiently, plus wasn’t stabbed more than once! Lovely nurse! Thank y’all!

My daughter has been there for two weeks. This is the the worst patient care I have ever seen. She is on restricted diet and food service sends expired products often. Aides and Nurses don't seem to give a care what is going on.
My daughter is trying to get better in order to get surgery. They keep her so stressed out, meds late, have to beg for a bath, etc.. I will be trying to move her to Marshall North or even a Gadsden hospital . These people just seem to flat out not care. So sad.

I had to take my daughter to the ER last night, I had stopped taking my kids there years ago because of the service and disrespectful way some of the Drs treated their patients. I had no choice last night, my daughter is 16 and has never asked to go to the Dr much less the ER. I was concerned about her symptoms. I got there and the Nurse we had named Pearce was AMAZING!! My daughter was sick and scared and he talked to her, asked her about school and track. The Dr was also AMAZING! Dr Christianson (I hope I spelled that right) . Not since Dr Sleeth have I met a Dr that was genuinely concerned about my child. He put her on IV fluids right then and there, got her tests ordered and gave her meds for her stomach and dizziness . Was I there a long time? Yes. But when we got to the room we were seen very quickly. If these are the new kind of people y'all are hiring for the ER then if I have a sick kid in the middle of the night or an actual emergency I won't be so worried about my kids being there .That Pearce guy needs a raise!! Thank you guys for treating us with concern and respect .
