This past Thursday I had knee surgery and am just being transferred(Tuesday night.) All my interactions with staff were positive. Everyone from housekeeping to the Doctors were always looking to make my stay more comfortable. The nurses are the backbone of any hospital and there nurses were excellent and friendly..There still is room in the world for small outstanding hospitals. Ed Cyr

Love this hospital! My father recently had surgery and was admitted; every person we encountered was phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about this little community -- from the ER staff, the surgical staff, the floor nurses and techs, the hospitalist and referral physicians, the social worker and physical therapist -- the experience of having to 'be in the hospital' was made as pleasant as possible. My sincere thanks for such great care and concern; and for the outstanding customer service. Everything was greatly appreciated!

Well, I took my husband in today for what we know know is a kidney stone. During our visit the staff were very nice, but certain universal precautions and aseptic techniques were lacking. Specifically with the nurse assigned to our case. She neglected to wear gloves when drawing and administering IV meds. Also, she accidentally touched the medication being injected with her finger. When removing the IV she didn't wear any gloves (as you can see in the picture). She did wear gloves to handle the urine sample at least. She also had entirely too much jewelry on which carries dirt and bacteria. Her lack of regard for proper cleanliness was appalling. I did bring it to the charge nurse's attention as were getting ready to leave. She seemed really displeased with what I had to tell her and really appreciated me saying something. Also, the other pic is of an employee looking at dresses online while I stood at the door waiting to speak to the charge nurse. Unless taken my ambulance, I will not return or have any of my family go there.

I went to the ER on August 4, 2019 at 7 pm. From start to finish I was there 3 hours. The staff was very attentive to me. Nurse Tracey was just starting her shift at 7 pm. As she was entering my room, she immediately did an EKG on me. She did this because as she was entering her heard me describe my pain and discomfort. She wanted to get an assessment to make sure that I wasn't having a heart attack. I greatly appreciate her discernment and care for me in that moment. Matt, Alex-PA and the PCT (I hate that I can't recall her name but she has an 8 year old son) were equally helpful to me. I had an EKG, labs and x-ray done within the 45 mins of getting into the room. There was a lot going on in the other rooms, however, all the staff (from what I could see from my room) were very professional and attentive to all the patients in the ER. Alex reviewed my results with me. To give him peace of mind, he had me stay an extra hour to run another cardiac test and EKG. I was out of the ER and heading home by 10 pm. Thank you to all that cared for me. And for the birthday wishes. My birthday was the next day.

I recently had a great experience at this hospital. As soon as I was checked in I was taken back to be seen the nurses taking care of me and the doctor. They explained everything that was going on, the test they would run, the drug they would give me and what they would be prescribing me for at home use. The entire staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. One of the smoothest and most comfortable hospital experiences I have had. Highly recommend. Thank you!
