I had hernia surgery there and had a very good overall experience. My doctor (Maxwell) has probably the best bedside manner I've experienced and answered any questions I had. The nursing staff was great as well.

Been here for two hours and 35 minutes so far. Had my blood pressure and pulse taken, have sustained an injury which has persistently caused pain since Thursday. It’s now 530PM on a Monday. There are few staff and probably literally more ants in the waiting room than there were staff working. The level of care here is absolutely terrible. I could have been given a muscle relaxer by now it would have taken effect. I am in pain which is affecting my breathing and heart and I am still just sitting here waiting for almost 3 hours to even be seen by the doctor. I have been “next” based on my own counting of heads, for about an hour and a half. I have a feeling Avita would have been more professional. The only nurse I talked with seemed quite nice and understanding and even perhaps exceptionally honest and intelligent. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours for care and still haven’t been called back. There are at least 8-10 other people here and who knows how many people behind the door.

I know that y’all can’t give medical advice over the phone but at least show compassion like wow

I cannot in good faith even give a rating of 1 star. This place has had problems for many years and I so hoped that being a part of Ohio Health would have helped, boy I was wrong. I am not going to bring up past history but something needs to be done with the recent events. The nursing staff and physical therapist were spot on the first couple of days. We requested that our family member be moved to a facility that was close for all of us. The first one was your hospital....no beds avail. Our second choice was a local facility, you claim no beds but the excuse we got was if they need to run tests the patient would not be close enough. Come on hello this facility is less than a mile down the road. Why don't you call it like it is. It was near a competing hospital. Then you brought up a location that at first we did not want....distance but oh well it was better than your next suggestion. You made arrangements for the transfer and that is where it all went to hell. If you are going to transfer someone just to bring them back due to spiking vitals it is best to keep the family COMPLETELY informed. We went to the new facility to meet our family member just to find out she was not there. We called you just to be told "she is not here, we don't know where she is at". WOW! We had the other facility call and after they got the run around, it was told that our family member was upstairs in a room. Needless to say the doctor was to come talk to us that day, and he left. How professional. And you wonder why you have a bad rep.
