The only reason I am eating them 5 stars, is because of the black woman, Cynthia that works in day surgery. She was definitely a woman that wasn't working just for the money she actually cares about people. She displayed great bedside manners. Overall I can honestly say if it wasn't for that nice lady I would have given 1 star.

I have been to the emergency dept at EMC as well as delivered by baby there. The staff were professional and nice and they diagnosed and treated me quickly in the ED. I felt that I was in great hands the entire time. The L&D staff and the nursery staff were PHENOMENAL and made the experience that much better! I can only vouch for my experiences in those departments but if the other departments are even half as good as those areas, I would highly recommend to anyone!

We've used the ER a couple of times and I also had surgery there twice with overnight stays. We've had nothing but great experiences with very professional and caring staff. It's nice to have such a great hospital so close to home. ❤

Everyone is professional and extremely helpful. My family has used this hospital from for everything from child birth to emergency room. The entire staff is outstanding!

My daughter was recently bitten by a feral cat. She went to the ER and was seen very quickly. She had to go back for several rounds of rabies vaccinations. Katie Edgington, RN from the ER was outstanding. She really made her feel comfortable and at ease for what was a very painful round of treatment. We had multiple trips for vaccinations for this event and each time we were there for no more than 10 minutes.
