Everyone was very nice attentive. Always attended to my needs. Doctors were also great. I appreciate everything they did for me! Thanks

Came in for kidney pain, stabbing headaches, constipation and nausea. My doctor was Steven Dillard. He came in and asked if I had painful urination and told him no. Tried to tell him my other symptoms and he talked over me and promptly left the room with a condescending remark on his way out. Took a pee sample and that was it. He came back in and told me it's common to have painful urination (even though I told him I didn't have that) and talked to me for maybe a minute and a half between both visits. Said there wasn't anything wrong with me. Didn't bother to run any more tests. The nurse was very kind and said she'd get another doctor but came back with the same guy a few minutes later. Asked if I had any other questions for him and I told him no. The nurse told me he refused to let the other doctor come talk to me and that there was nothing she could do. Sent me home with papers saying it was "back pain." If you go into this hospital and he is your doctor I would refuse him at all costs if I were you. Hes a very dismissive man. Nurses words not mine. I wonder how many people have died because he sent them home without trying to figure out what was wrong.

Looks like maybe some improvements from my hospital stay in 2011, but not too much! I went to the ER while driving from Phoenix to N.C. While in Phoenix, I had been tested for Valley Fever and stopped in Odessa for the night. I was having trouble breathing and they got me back pretty quick....the only good thing that happened! They ended up doing a lumbar puncture and came back and said I had meningitis. I just wanted to get back to NC! They would not let me leave the hospital and told me they had a court order! I tried to fight it, but was too sick. When I got to the unit, I found out it was a false positive! On my 3rd night, I asked to see the court order only to find out there was not one!!!! I signed out AMA right then! I could have sued since I was held against my will, but I just let it go. I would never go there again! And if you’re ever told there is a court order to make you stay, make sure you ask to see it!

If you don’t have insurance DO NOT go to this place. I never have been to a hospital in over 10 years and just googled the closest one to get a bug bite checked out. Walked in, gave my information sat and waiting for about 30 minutes didn’t expect much of anything since I was coming in to get a bite checked. They looked at it for under 1 minute and gave me about 8 anti skin inflammatory pills. Told me I didn’t have to pay anything, I was surprised, but thought since it was so fast they didn’t think it was worth charging anything. Yet a month later I have a bill in the mail for 900$... 400$ walk in fee to setup info for the bite to get looked at, 500$ doctor fee to spend 1 minute looking at the bite. Didn’t even touch it or put anything on it. Once I saw the bill I came to the hospital and talked to about 4 different people about my situation and all they told me that I should of went to a different hospital and didn’t even help me with knocking off any price. Was even worse when trying to see my options when talking to them on the phone. They wanted full amount and nothing less, didn’t even try to work with me.
