My son was in ICU and received wonderful care. They also was very caring and took care of me also. I can't say enough good things about all of the staff. Thank you all so much.
Horrible my son is currently in the hospital was admitted on Wednesday and here it is Friday and they still have no clue what is wrong with him. So my question is where did they get their medical license so how is it you still don't know what is wrong with son but you're releasing him today to follow up with a Dr later. We have insurance so that's not the problem I am sure you will have no problem billing them but yet you have a problem to find out what's wrong with my son. I'm no Dr but I do know it's not normal if your peeing blood and I didn't even go to medical school. It's your body's way of telling you something is wrong just like when you're in pain.
We had a rough experience here the first 3 days my 79 year old Mom was in this hospital but they have bent over backwards to fix the problems we had. My mother just had a successful brain surgery with Dr. Ward. All the staff are very knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic and helpful.
I called the ER department to speak with the nurse who is taking care of my daughter. Her name is Mary she told me that she had a lot of patients and was very busy and did not have time to talk to me and hung up in my face. I called back to speak with the physician taking care of my daughter and he or she refused to come to the phone or call me back. Worst hospital ever. Be ware!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother was rushed to this hospital after losing consciousness at work. I few days later,
the doctor pronounced her brain dead but they left her on a ventilation system for a few days. The nurses were rude and had terrible attitudes. Whenever my brother asked what they were doing, they would be vague and they would give my mother things that SHE DID NOT NEED. Even though my mom was pronounced brain dead and unconscious, she was still responsive to touch. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I think my mother could've survived if they actually did their jobs. Then when my mother was sent to the funeral home, the funeral director cremated her WITHOUT giving her an autopsy at the doctor's orders. I knew something was wrong. And my mother's organs were "bad" according to the doctor but they donated them..? This isn't adding up. I would NOT recommend.
