Debbie (Day Surgery nurse) was very thorough in explaining the procedure and process before it took place. Everyone was very caring and supportive during our visit. They were extremely concerned about the well being of the patient above all else. I appreciate all that was done to make this visit very comfortable and will definitely use this facility again in the future if needed.

After having back surgery recently, I became a rehab patient at Medical City Lewisville. Every staff person that interacted with me . . . . nurses, doctors, aides, physical and occupational therapists, kitchen personnel, housekeeping . . . . was friendly, kind, and very competent. Except for the discomfort from surgery, my experience at this hospital was excellent. And they were diligent in keeping my pain at a tolerable level.

Every thing was excellent EXCEPT person checking me in did not list my injury as work related and I told her. Did not realize the error till I went back a week later to have staples removed and was being checked out. Girl comment was it was private pay(Medicare) and I said no!!! Otherwise care was excellent

Let me first say the nurses were fabulous - they definitely deserve a 5. If I could give the physician in the ER a negative zero I would. Went in with left side chest pain and was told after a chest x-ray "you did not have a heart attack" follow up with a cardiologist. I was sent home still having the same pain. The physician was not interested in finding out where the pain was coming from. Just HORRIBLE!!!!!! Two days later ended up in a different ER with the same pain, the ER Physicians actually kept me in the ER to figure out where the pain was coming from - come to find out I had a PE (blood clot) in my left lung. So thankful God protected me until I could get to a hospital that actually cared about the health of its patient. Thank God for those Physicians who truly believed in the oath they took. I will NEVER EVER go to this hospital again and definitely will NEVER EVER refer anyone to this hospital. Not a safe place.
