My husband received very good treatment from the staff and the doctors as well. He was there 3 days and went through surgery which was successful. The hospital staff was on top of everything very quick responses.

If i were able to give negative stars i i would give -5. Worse staff, worse medical attention ever. Labs not being read. You would be better off going to a veterinarian. Stay away from this Hospital.

The staff was ok but I have never been treated so poorly when it comes to the physicians. I would not recommend this ER to anyone! Just make the trip downtown or to The Woodlands if you need help!

Emergency 1st. floor; wings of joy of assisting others, , day surgery. Doing everything to make you comfortable. Entire staff, Doctors whom transform our life’s for abundance.. 3rd floor, joy! and pain wellness and healers. The favor of professionalism .

Please pick another hospital to go to if you are in need of any emergency!!!! Please do not go there for an ANT BITE!!! Memorial Hermann doctors are ALWAYS out of commission and they are never available to speak with, they have no compassion for their patients and I would not go there even if I stumped my toe. They are very inconsiderate and they are not honest. They have no sympathy nor empathy for their patients. Some of their nurses have excellent customer service, but no knowledge about what is going on with their patient that they are servicing. Please go to another facility if you are ever in need of care. I am livid and utterly disappointed
