The doctors and staff are a wonderful and caring staff!! I am forever grateful to Dr. Archibald Loch. I have diabetes and he has saved my feet numerous times and I never want him to leave. Thank you again Dr. Loch!! You are the best!!

I have never had such a pleasant experience in an emergency room.
Or any portion of a hospital for that matter.
Dr. Milos , The Nurse and were nothing short of amazing!
Thank you all very much.

The on-call ER Doctor who treated my mother for symptoms her GP wasn't qualified to test blandly told her, "You have lung cancer, do you want me to call your kids?" In fairness, she does have cancer, but we didn't get that confirmation until LAST WEEK. She was scheduled for a PET scan today, and when she got there she was informed her blood sugar levels were not appropriate for the scan. I understand that hospital s are businesses, but this is our mom. All we want to know is what stage she is in. To treat her with such disrespect is disgusting.

I was actually treated worse than i would expect a wild animal to be treated. I went in scared and ill..looking for help. I finally became so full of anxiety and so upset they gave me a large dose of Ativan. I was transferred to Madison..dont remember anything until the next day. Blond Lady Physician accused me of playing games and i wasnt even given a blanket for awhile. Finally a nice young girl brought one in but was looking over her shoulder like she was breaking the rules. The ER should be investigated...i actually thought i was in a nightmare.Tried to give ZERO stars.
