I have been here since 1:00pm with phneumonia symptoms I can barely walk talk or see there wasn't really anyone here when I got here like about a good 10 people tops they performed everything on me in the triage room and x-ray was done across from the waiting Area and now it's almost 3:30p and I still haven't been seen by the doctor or received my room yet I don't understand why these people are so SLOW!!!! They said my blood pressure is 184 /104 my temperature is @ 101.9 I wouldn't recommend my 🐕 to be seen here let alone anyone of my relatives or friends or the elderly they would literally DIE here just waiting to be seen

Despite the 5 hour wait in the ER, I love this hospital! I had sepsis, and they saved my life! Dr. John, the admitting doctor was very caring, and the nurses were great! I was in the new wing, which was more like a hotel. Very nice. ( But they have no clocks on the wall?) i am so happy to live another day, thanks to them 😀

The nurses at this hospital were great in providing information regarding minor details about my grandmother when she was in their care. Unfortunately, my grandmother wallet was stolen and the hospital staff/ security did not report the theft. When I called the following day I asked a nurse named Beatriz to give me update on my grandmother, I was told " I have been here for two hours and I haven't had a chance to sit down. She is asleep the last I checked and as for the other requests can you please call the day staff in the morning". I was very disappointed with her response and became very concerned as to why she became defensive in my asking for her assistance.

I love this hospital with all my heart and soul. But today I witnessed and heard the totally disrespectful questions and comments my Mom's nurse Ms. Amecia made to my Mom . These questions and comments upset me because it's her job to make sure my Mom is care for and respected not made to feel like she is being a burden. All my Mom asked was can they please change the linens on her bed. She informed the nurse she had been in bed since Thursday without undergarments and she sweats and her bed smells. She only told her that because she asked that cna keeps saying that she will but day after day never changes the linens. She only told this to the nurse because she asked how long she been there. As if that mattered. Then the nurse proceeds to question her saying do you change your linens at home everyday. I jumped in and said yes what business is that of yours . Trying not to get angry and upset my Mom. So I removed my Mom from the bed putting her in the chair and then removing the linens from the bed putting them in the hamper. Then I went to the desk outside her room asking for supervisor or floor manager anyone. The lady at desk calmly said they are off on weekends be back tomorrow. She also asked if she could help. I explained the situation and let her know I will contact Monday morning. Just don't understand why the disrespectful comments and questions to my Mom for something that's your job anyway. Some disappointed that she the nurse would want my Mom to sit in filth. Especially in the hospital. Hope this is not part of you guys practice. Meaning people quick to say that what they are told. That old lie employees tell. I guess everyone doesn't have that love compassion and caring feeling. It's just a job another pay check. Thankfully the nurse at desk said I will get someone to change them and after leaving my Mom called and said she did. Thanks young lady at desk.

If zero stars were allowed that would be more accurate. The ER is inefficient, to say the least. The wait is terrible. The rooms are disgusting dirty. No TVs in the rooms this isn’t a third world country. I’m sure there are good people who work there and make a difference everyday. But I’m not sure where they where at while we were there. They are making plenty of money they have construction going for several years in a row. Visits like this is why I drive past Methodist hospitals and go to baptist hospitals. Save your self the hassle and a bunch of time and go anywhere but a Methodist hospital.
