I would be cautious about going to this ER to get a clear explanation as to why you might be going to the ER in the first place. Went to ER 7/3/19 with severe lower right side pain. Nursing staff was very compassionate and actually seemed to care. Nurse took the necessary history. On call doctor, Dr.Compton, came in and told me I did not look very sick. Well, I did not come in sick, I came in with pain and I needed to know the cause. CT scan and blood/urine test were given. By this time, the next on call doctor came in and indicated I was low in iron and potassium, take these pills and released me. NO explanation as to the pain. Before I left, I read the CT report and the nurse confirmed what I was reading, that I have 5 hernia's and one was in that location of the pain. The doctor never pointed that out or addressed it. Focus was slightly low on iron and potassium (although true, was not why I went to ER). This ER doctor did not determine my pain or care, he was ready to end his shift. Be aware!

I had a total hip replacement in your outpatient care center. This was the best treatment from the staff I have ever had. You feel like you are with "The Best of the Best" That goes for Dr Toulson and all of the staff. Way to go. "God Bless" Stuart Harnden

I just had back surgery at this facility and I couldn't wait to leave this review for everyone that took such wonderful care of me. From the admissions clerk to the techs and nurses, I was CARED about and cared for so much that I felt absolutely blessed. It was the perfect experience for someone going into a very scary surgery. Care, attention, concern and sincere kindness carried me through. Even down to the food service, which was delicious, I was supported and cared for. THANK YOU to every single one of you!!

Do not go ever to ER here. Most inexperienced and rude staff I have ever encountered. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, everyone was rude and condescending. I have a disease that attacks my nerves and am unable to even walk sometimes, yet this doctor told me "You're fine, you're just aging. Go home." When I told them I would be seeing my orthopedic the next day, the nurse then accused me of lying about who my doctor was. I never lied. Because of my disease I have 8 different doctors. She had only asked me who my spine doctor was. She was so rude and obviously uneducated as she hadn't even heard of my medications. When it was time for me to leave, they left me to fend for myself, not even a wheelchair was left for me. Remember, I can't walk at this point. My husband carried me out of the hospital. When I told my doctor the next day about my visit, he nodded and said he had heard similar stories from several others. He advised us to go elsewhere in the future. Side note: the hospital is fantastic! I had my back procedure done the following week and everyone and everything was absolutely amazing! Just stay away from the E.R.
