I would suggest to this hospital if you can't handle grouchy people that are in severe pain then please close down! How can a ER REFUSE treatment because someone is grouchy???? I understand the staff isn't a punching bag but when people are in pain they are mean sometimes, especially when the patient has been in pain for years! How does a Dr not know that your blood pressure rises when your in pain??? It seems to be this Dr that we always have issues with. Incompetent!!!!!

Was admitted overnight due to dehydration and kidneys. Excellent care! I felt very comfortable with the care I received. Staff was AMAZING! Thanks

Went in for outpatient surgery and received excellent care - the staff was exceptional

This is the worst hospital, and should be shut down, staff is extremely rude, they all stand around talking, giggling, and eating while sick people are in the rooms waiting to be seen.... everything is so behind and unorganized, health inspections needed asap

If you have to drive and extra mile to go to a better hospital please do!! 1st ever incident was when they didnt know what left or right is and misdiagnosed my daughter saying her heart and stomache was on the opposite side. I took time off of work to go the GR and have her looked at only to find out not a damn thing was wrong. They didn't know their right or left. Then there is me the 23rd I went in have my throat looked at which looks and feels like strep they told me it was allergies but gave me meds and told me not to take them until culture came back which I got a second oppinion and was told to take them. To make matters worse I passed out the night after leaving the hospital because my fever is so high and i was so lightheaded. I called them and they said my results weren't back even though posted in my portal they were. They're in denial of not testing me for more than strep!! And alsontold me to just go to a family doctor like excuse me this isnan emergency if I'm passing out being misdiagnosed from your hospital !! will never be back here some of them are dummer than a box of rocks trust me when I say theres better hospitals that will actually take care of your needs AnD not send you home misdiagnosed because they are idiots and to lazy to truly figure out what is wrong!! Update mount pleasant hospital tested me for everything and took care of me I had tonsilitis and my throat was so swollen that they had to give me 2 steroid shots. So what did clare do send me home sick and feeling like I was a bother to them !! Again why you should take your health care needs somewhere else !!
