I've been in a few hospitals but this one bye far is the absolute best one. Had my left shoulder replaced and NEVER had better care. Everyone from the check in staff to the maids are fantastic !!! I was on the 6th floor and had the best nurses I've ever had. There was Alex, stormy, and an intern named Mackenzie and a couple more that were on the job. A great job. I'll never forget those nurses. If you have health issues use this hospital. Oh and I know this will be hard to believe but, the best " hospital food " I've ever had. Just order off their full menu. FANTASTIC HOSPITAL.Thank you for making my visit so easy 😃😃😃😃😃

Wife got transferred from midwife and Dr Reiner took very good care of us listened to our needs and was very professional and warm. All the nursing staff was wonderful and upbeat and helpful. We had a baby girl with a great team of people helping. Great job

My mother had lung cancer surgery at TMF two years ago. She is there now because of a stroke and a blood clot in her brain. They removed the clot successfully. Her care both times has been phenomenal. The nursing staff has been kind, sympathetic and gone above and beyond. We are so very thankful and appreciative for TMF!!

Giving this facility one star is being generous. Poor patient care!! Poor communication!! No follow up when requests are made. Call lights, when answered, are done so by an individual that does not have a vested interest in their job or serving others. My daughter was admitted, sent for a CT scan and HIDA scan - was left waiting on a table for 3 hours and was told there was no one to take her back to her room. The hospitalist didn’t bother to round after the testing to discuss the results of the testing and we were told by the nurse “if you haven’t seen a doctor by now, you won’t see him”. The evening nurse didn’t even bother to do her assessment until 10:35pm after I had to put my foot down after repeatedly going to the nurses station to complain. Poor quality of care, Lack of concern in keeping her pain under control. Least of my worries, we asked for a toothbrush 4 - 5 times and gave up - never got it. The nurse refused to call the physician for a change in medication due to an allergy/itching experienced after receiving pain medication. The list goes on and on...fortunately we have a voice and can make our complaints and needs known ... but what happens to those who cannot speak for themselves. I will never darken the door of this hospital again nor will my family.

I just really want to thank everyone here at CHRISTUS mother Frances Tyler for the excellent care that they gave all the way from the beginning in the ER department to my stay up in the cardiac unit everyone was very attentive and concerned and had true care for what was going on it wasn’t just a job for them they actually care for the people they treated me With nothing but the at most kindness and respect Dr. Lieberman is a true upstanding cardiologist I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have helped me than him. And my nurse Kim what a sweetheart so caring and truly concerned about everything that was going on with me so I just want to say thank you to everyone there thank you for taking such good care of me and for treating me like I mattered and that my condition mattered a definite five starif I could give more I would. Sincerely , Janine Karvia
