Terrible service. I went in presiezure and was completely ignored by the staff while I was having a siezures in the hospital. The staff were talking outside my room ignoring my fiance while she was calling for help. Then they have the nerve to say they rendered services. Strait up medical mal- practice there. You are safe driving to Walsenberg.

I had to use emergency room with hospital admission at San Rafael hosp. I was so happy with the knowledge base and compassionate care given to me by the doctors and nurses. Diane Rn on the medical floor was amazing, she always made sure I had my medications on time and her knowledge regarding what was occurring was impressive. Her manner was ever so compassionate and patient need oriented as if I was the only pt on the floor which I knew I was not.james the cna was knowledgeable and took care of my every incidental need. Dr carter impressed me by coming over to the emergency dept to introduce himself and to explain he would be taking over my care once on the medical floor. And his care was patient driven. Dr McConnell took over once dr carter was off and he continued with the current plan with adjustments in care as needed with compassion for symptom management.suzanne the discharge planner made sure I had everything I needed before I was sent home with follow up call. A few days later. Overall it was a great experience as a hospital stay could be and highly amazing hospital and staff.

Medical care in the ER was substandard. To add insult to injury Mount San Rafael Hospital sent my one year old son to collections for a bill we never received. No one would return our phone calls. No one could tell us what was going on. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I'll never go there again. I'd rather drive 100 miles to a facility that has basic professionalism and a standard of care.

I've lived in many places around the country and I've never met a staff so friendly and helpful. I had a surgery there not long after moving here and I was treated with respect and kindness. Now my primary doctor is in the Hospital Clinic and I love her. A doctor who listens and lets you talk to her. A doctor who explains every detail of a test and makes sure you have no questions. If you make an appointment, the staff will contact you with text reminders and other follow ups. Every visit or interaction has been above professional and genuine. I never spend time waiting, and always feel positive after leaving an appointment. These people deserve 5 star ratings in my opinion. I've also had a couple of visits to the ER and other than the normal waiting at any ER, I was treated exactly the same by each member of the staff including the ER doctor; and the treatment was fantastic. Each visit to the hospital in any department is always the same, friendly, fast, and professional. They are consistent over and over. I've been there more than normal and in many departments. They all work the same. Efficient. If you only knew... These people are getting results for me! Results others did not achieve in years. As one reviewer stated, we are very lucky to have a hospital staff like ours. I do not give out reviews for medical industry freely. I just can't say enough about our hospital. They have been an absolute blessing for me.

Mt San Rafael walk in clinic is a F***en JOKE!!! They set you an appointment. But when you go in, you end up waiting over the appointment time by at least 15-20 mins. Mondays they usually have 3 Dr. But 1 doctor is always calling in. People get sick over the weekend so you'd think that they would have more Doctors on Monday's. I have a sever chest cold and having a hard time breathing. I also have asthma. So I called first thing in the morning in the Hope's of getting seen asap. No one picks up the phone until after 8am. I had to leave a message. And got a return phone call 2 hrs later. So by this time all morning app. Were gone so my app was made for late afternoon. I've waited over 45 mins to be see. And given excess of why Dario was running behind. Maybe If he cut his gym time short he wouldn't be running behind. Better luck at the ER.
