feedback about Multicare Good Samaritan Hospital
Why are some of you people rating this wonderful hospital such low star ratings??? I can testify and vouch that this is one of the best hospitals that I have been to yet! Why? Because I worked as a Volunteer here for 6 months to get my 100 hours in, and had a great time helping the patients, working with the doctors and nurses, and the rest of the staff here at this hospital. I can tell you one thing, the people that work here DO treat you with you utmost respect, courtesy, and kindness!! I would take my friends and family here anytime they needed medical help, and that is the honest truth!
Lisa, Taylor, Bridget, Debbie, Sarah, John, Jodi and everyone else who worked with my father in law were outstanding! They provided my family peace of mind with professional care during his post stroke rehabilitation. They also provided very good social work amidst our unique situation that would come after his discharge. Hopefully I don't need them again but if I do we will trust Good Samaritan. The only reason I would give them a four star is because of the building receptionist. I informed the receptionist of a facility inspection that was grossly overdue that causes a safety concern. The receptionist only response twice was "I'm sure someone knows about it" basically saying she doesn't care. So I sent an email and it was quickly routed to the proper channels and fixed shortly after.
I spent overnight at Good Samaritan after a knee replacement. I can't say enough about the quality of my treatment. From admissions to the nurses and rehab personnel all were professional knowledgeable and pleasant.
Went to ER for kidney stone, then had ensuing procedure in the surgery center. From the time we walked in the door, the facility, the staff were epic. Everyone treated us with respect and listened. The Hospital is very clean, the staff is very up to date. I am thankful this hospital is in our neighborhood.
Went to check in my grandmother in and the lady in the front desk was very rude didn't even approach us, she had a very rude face on. some of the nurses are very straight up, my uncle said "excuse me miss" and one of them came and yelled " what?!" not in a nice way but very straight forward almost as if she was aggravated with us. Y'all lucky i was in a calm mood, or i would've bust y'all up myself.
