Went there for hypertension in my 34 week of pregnancy a month or so ago. Checked in to the Ed, for wheelchaired to L&d which was pretty standard. Got to my triage room. They were able to treat and observe all in that room, good timing and nice service. Got labs, ultrasound, and urine results back in a timely manor. Doctor was attentive & receptive. Answered all of my questions. Delivering there next week, hoping we’ll have the same experience.

Two major surgeries in 4 months....2 or 3 ER visits. Fantastic staff. Fantastic surgeons. 95% of the nurses I had were stellar over the 10 days total I had to stay. I actually felt most nurses were OVER serving me... Like I didn't deserve that much attention given the amount of patients they had with differing severities of care. ZERO complaints from me. Great job.

Every time mom is in the hospital the beds are short for her she is over 6'. Today I asked right when we arrived this morning for a longer bed or a extension. They kept saying they were working on it. Then it is on the way. Shift change. I asked about it to new staff. They didn't I now and they will start working on it. It's 10 pm and still nothing. She keeps waking up with pain in her feet and cramping legs. I expressed to the staff this morning it was very important for her comfort and without, her feet will hurt for days.

What many people fail to realize is going to the hospital or emergency room ranks among their worst days ever, so if anything doesn’t go according to their preconceived idea of service, then they provide a poor review.

My experience was the opposite — exceptional service, attentive staff, and caring and professional nurses and doctors. I experienced severe low back pain (it turned out to be a herniated disc), so I went to the ER. Despite eight people ahead of me, I was seen in less than ten minutes, and within 20 minutes was already undergoing a battery of tests. Every single person with whom I interacted was a five-star professional. The hospital is clean, modern, and efficient, with state-of-the-art equipment and excellent staff.

My husband was on run (he is a truck driver) from our home in Ohio and suffered a ruptured appendix while in Seattle. The entire nursing staff ...doctors...all those we came in contact with was the most outstanding and professional group we have EVER encountered. Thank you will simply never be enough to these amazing people.
