This place is terrible. Only giving two stars because the wait was fairly quick. I took my 9 month old baby to nashoba valley medical center probably close to a year ago, for croup. The waiting room was quick, but once we were in an exam room... A solid 45 minutes, sitting there doing nothing with an infant, even though there were practically no other patients in the department at the time. Then, a doctor pops in for 30 seconds and tells me that my baby has croup. I had already told him this. Then, the doctor disappears and sends a nurse in to administer an oral steroid. Then, a month later, I get a bill in the mail for $1,100... At least half of which was for the useless doctor who spent 30 seconds with us and told me exactly what I had already told him. Do yourself a favor and go to St Joseph's.

I am talking only about one branch of this clinic. Cardiology.
My husband went to this hospital with a suspected stroke. He was left for four days! Analyzes were every 6-8 hours. We just sat in the room and waited. He was not given any medication, only a few droppers. Do you know how much it costs to stay in the clinic? And the fact that every nurse and every person who touched you during this time will contribute to your account?
The first nurse was good, and the second was flirting with my husband, gave him compliments about his body hair and made eyes for him, and eventually offered to wash him !!! And all this when I sat next to him. Doctors should not behave so defiantly. They should be friendly, but not to that extent.
In the end, it was all over the fact that the cardiologist who coordinated us made us his patients without our consent. Then his staff shouted at us for not wanting to go to them for a reception. You know what they told us? The fact that the doctor does not like when he has no clients, so we MUST delay our appointment for later, but we cannot cancel it or we will be fined! We did not go to this doctor.
The general impression from the clinic is that they are trying to tear off as much money as possible from you, and some doctors try to find a husband and it does not matter for them whether the man has a wife or not.

My mom went into Nashoba Valley Medical Center for a geriatric psych evaluation. She was given wonderful care and evaluated fully before being released. The staff was friendly, supportive, understanding, and professional. Any concerns I had were addressed and any questions I had were answered. From the front entrance, to the ER, and back to the geriatric psych unit everyone we delt with was caring and helpful. Thank you!

We rushed our 2 yr old in the very early am to the ER. Everyone we interacted with from admin, nurses, and the doctor were great. Very helpful and friendly. The doctor explained everything in detail and made sure to check if we had questions.

Terrible people. I have serious spine and thoracic outlet syndrome issues, they told me they did not care. I asked very simply to help with injections and ween me off my current opioids. NO. they'd like me to continue the short acting and stop looking acting causing an addiction. I'm contacting my congressman, woman, governor, whoever will look at this department and uncover what they are doing
