I had out patient back surgery today. Dr Anagnost and the hospital staff are AMAZING! Hands down best surgery I’ve had (if that’s a thing). The staff made me so comfortable. They were caring and most importantly they made sure when I woke up from anesthesia that my pain was under control and I wasn’t nauseous at all.

Was brought there a couple of days ago after stumbling on some rocks & landing with all my weight right on both my knees. And I'm not a little girl. Somehow gashed one knee so bad needed stitches. It was the only one x'rayed. Nothing for pain. So I've lived in pain since. Dentists have more heart.

Everyone in the emergency did an awesome job. I didn’t really have a choice as to what hospital I went to at the time. Glad it was here. Thank you for everything.

If I could give 0 stars that's what I'd give! Sat there 20 minutes shy of 4 hours! Was never seen! The last straw was a young boy bout 16 came in with his dad for a sprained wrist and was seen immediately. 4 hours sitting there watching people get checked in and seen that arrived after me. I'll lay in pain and hope for death before I return to that place. Blood pressure when I checked in 148/101 when I left 158/114 and still rising and yet I'm not more critical then the man throwing up or the kid with a poison ivy rash or the kid with the sprained wrist yet I'm sitting there in tears because of back, hip and knee pain and high blood pressure. Had to ASK for an ice pack because one was never offered. The absolute worst hospital EVER!! Don't go there unless you are flopping around in the floor dying or you won't get seen in a timely manner!

I had an emergency last year that required immediate attention (will not get into details). They took me in, took half an hour to get me a nurse, then said they were going to get me on IV, but didn't. They out the needle in, gave me some anti-nausea medicine, and left me alone for an hour, gave me an x-ray, and a 2 minute psych evaluation, and then had me wait another hour. After all was done, I was charged $3,000 for the visit alone! The x-ray was $30! Being the only hospital in Tahlequah that is open to everyone, it should accept Soonercare, or at least be a little more helpful! Never going back.
