Our daughter had to go to the ER last week and she was treated quickly and professionally. Her nurses, Erin and Melissa, were wonderful! She was seen by Dr. Hawkins and he was very thorough and also treated her with great care and concern.

They treat you like a person very respectful. I had a very hurtful problem that I had been living with for 2-1/2 weeks.Dr. Hawkins is very good Doctor really listens. I left hurting but after talking the meds he prescribed. At last peaceful no pain. Thanks

They make policies to support the investors with little regard for patient care.

If I could give a negative star I would. I came here recently with severe vomiting (at the time of arrival I had vomited every 10-15 minutes for 5 hours). I got in really fast so I was super happy until I was approached by the rudest nurse I've EVER met. I was handed a cup for a urine sample and told to go back to the room. After about 45 minutes I was finally given an IV and not seen again for 2 hours when a Dr? (Really not sure, he looked like he had just graduated from high school) came in said my blood work was fine, gave me a gi cocktail, and sent me home. I continued vomiting through Sunday when I finally went to another hospital which in less than an hour informed me a should've came when I first got sick because I had a severe uti. Obviously northwest NEVER checked the sample I gave them. I wouldn't bring an animal here to be seen.
