Had a great experience with this hospital. I truly believe the doctors saved my son’s life. Staff was top notch. The only negative thing, the doctors wasted precious minutes arguing over who had(protocol) jurisdiction over my son’s care. But I truly believe the arguing only happened because the staff is tremendously eager to do a great job! Thank you NYU!

Warning. Very poorly staffed. I don’t recommend this hospital to my worst enemy. You make a appointment, and still had. To wait over 3 hours. After that they tell you to come back next week. I will definitely stay away from here.

This facility is unlike any other healthcare provider I've ever dealt with. They do not call your insurance company prior to treating you and give you false information about what you will have to pay. I paid almost $1,000 out-of-pocket for a standard procedure (freezing treatment to skin lesions) because they claimed I had out-patient surgery. I've had this treatment done elsewhere (same insurance) and DID NOT have it billed as outpatient surgery. In fact, they gave me the option of having the lesions surgically removed and I declined because 1) it was too invasive and 2) I didn't want to pay the "out-patient" surgery fees from my insurance! I'm now looking for a new primary care provider and a new dermatologist.

I had surgery almost two weeks ago and I have no complaints about my care before and after. You're going to run into some staff that are not friendly wherever you go, but that shouldn't be a reason to give a place a bad review. I was treated well. The place is clean. At least the floor I was on. As well as the main entrance. And everyone is always willing to help you if you need assistance.
