If I could leave no stars for Pablo G. Castaneda, I would. Booked a consultation because I was impressed by the description of his work and supposed expertise in hips. Brought my daughter for a consultation, he was rushed and after waiting a long time (which I would not mind if it was worth it), the consultation consisted of him watching her walk approximately 20 feet, stand on one leg, and verbal report which totaled than 5 minutes. He then ordered only one supine AP radiograph image, no other projection (customary is at least 2 views to get a complete picture of what's going on, but when assessing the hip there standing, supine, frog leg and false profile with the standing AP pelvis and false profile being most helpful). He then said she needed to stretch, that was her problem, REALLY??? How could he make that determination without a physical exam, moreover, this is a ballet dancer who as you can imagine is extremely flexible. He should be ashamed of himself, and I can't believe my insurance company will pay him for wasting my time!!! The worst is his condescending, aggressive and pretentious demeanor. Horrible! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely wonderful doctors here but unfortunately the front staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never felt so unhappy with the way that they treated me, even after making a mistake with my appointment. When someone needs to go in for an MRI and X-ray you would think that the staff would be a bit more helpful and kind to the patient instead of turning you away for an appointment that you made because the receptionist did not complete it right in the system. So disappointing.

Great place, and they fixed mistakes of my doctors some 7 years ago allowing me to utilize my arm fully. But they lost my watch! It was by no means a rolex, but it was a $200 smart watch! :(

I'm not sure what the problem is, but it seems like every single medical center or office has terrible staff. This place is no different. They claim that they return calls within 1 business day, but it's been 3 business days and still no return call. I scheduled an appointment after a referral from an NYU GP two and a half weeks in advance. TWO DAYS before the appointment, I get an email thanking me for scheduling two x-rays that I did not schedule and had no idea what they were for. I called the office for an explanation and all I got in response was that the receptionist had no idea what was going on and that she refused to tell me who the nurse was who scheduled appointments for me without telling me. That is not legal, and completely unprofessional. She rudely told me that the nurse would call me, and then hung up on me. The nurse never called me. It's been 5 days. I tried to call to figure out what was going on, and I just keep getting the run around. I haven't even had any interaction with the medical professionals and I am already left with a terrible impression of this center. Please consider training your staff, or even making any attempt to screen them for competency before hiring them.
