I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. So incredibly rude, the staff has so sympathy whatsoever. Had pizza delivered while my friend is waiting with a fever.

I was in town for a wedding last Saturday and got food poisoning Friday night. Up throwing up all night until about 5am when my mom took me to this ER. It was the closest to our hotel. First I’d like to say that EVERYONE was nice and helpful! Second we were in and out in under 2 hours. They checked my blood and urine. Concluded it was just food poisoning and gave me IV fluids and some nausea meds. I went from feeling like COMPLETE TRASH to feeling like I could do a cartwheel. Lol. I went back to the hotel got some much needed sleep and actually made it to the wedding! Thank you so much!! ❤️

Cut my finger cooking one night and went here. I was there around three and a half hours to receive 20 minutes of care. Received bandages, but cut wasn't serious enough for stitches. After insurance, this small insignificant cut is going to cost me a little over a thousand dollars.

My daughter & 2 granddaughters & I drove 3 hours to get here yesterday for a family wedding today. We have never been here. When my daughter came down with a fast & furious case of food poisoning she was severely dehydrated after just a few hours of being so sick. I googled closest hospitals to me & OH O’Blennes popped up. I was horrified by the horrible reviews so I called the front desk at our hotel to get a locals input. She told me that she has been to this hospital 3 times without any problems whatsoever. This calmed my nerves so away we went. The staff from beginning to end, no matter what level of education could not have been any nicer, and or professional. The hospital from the waiting room to the ER room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I’m sorry so many others had not so favorable experiences. I hope that this helps someone else possibly from OOT to know it was not at ALL horrible for us. We were honestly in & out in under 2 hours & after a saline IV along with anti nausea meds & some much needed sleep we are going to make our wedding this evening after all. I CANNOT THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH!!

I needed some x-rays and called to ask if they accepted my insurance as I was told to do by my primary care physician. The woman on the phone was completely rude and unprofessional and first said that I had to ask my insurance company. No, I need to know if YOUR hospital accepts my insurance. I tried to explain what I was asking and she snapped "We accept all insurances, okay? We'll accept all of them." She couldn't be bothered to give me an answer to my question or even to hand me off to someone who could. Obviously this was not convincing so I got ahold of someone at my insurance company and asked. He spent 30 minutes looking into it and calling them and tracking down someone that would actually answer the question. Turns out, NO, they do NOT accept my insurance. Cue shock and surprise (not). At least the guy at my insurance company was awesome about doing all of this and helping me. The people at the hospital not so much. If they can't even bother to answer a question, I wouldn't trust any of them with my medical care.
