The best hospital and ER (ER and admissions 2007 2008 2013 2018) locally. The last time I was admitted (2 weeks) 11 years ago and (3 weeks) 10 years ago when it was called Santa Ana West Med Hospital not only did the staff stay the same but they've improved! You get the usual aloofness at the ER front desk and the nursing students can be a little annoying BTW you have the right to reject to be observed. The check-in RN, ER RN and the ER female doctor were top-of-the-line so welcoming, courteous and respectful! I have never had an ER doctor say to me "It's nice to meet you" at the first introduction and "Glad you still came to the ER" (which ER RN Mary Anne also said) at the end while she thoroughly explained my emergency predicament, diagnosis, treatment etc. I never get this type of top notch treatment at any other local hospital. Only this hospital and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Westwood California. I will always feel positively secure in coming to this hospital which is now called Orange County Global Medical Center

I was taken to this hospital from village of Hope on May 20 in 2012 and I was new in U.S. not knowing my rights very well and every body took advantage of my little knowledge. I give 1 star because they treated my migrain attack but I do not give 5 stars because they dognoses me with all kinds of mental problems so that I live like mother Teresa for the rest of my life.

They treated me good I only had an issue with one of the nurses took long with my pain meds and had attitude issues went thru the same for 2 days charge nurse had been called regarding the situation and made it seem like I wasn’t appreciating what she was doing for me. I’m the patient my insurance is paying for my medical needs but some nurses need to work on the way they talk to there patients after what we go thru and have to deal with nurses like that will defenetly won’t bring great reviews to this hospital. Don’t get me wrong rest of the nurses were polite and very helpful but some need anger management!!

Basic needs met, went for an MRI. You are greeted, everything was clean and they have a station for you to enjoy some coffee/tea/hot chocolate while you wait. Don't forget to request a token for parking before you leave. Wait time, I'm assuming is average for the procedure, I don't know, first ever getting this done. People are courteous.
