Our Lady of the Angels Hospital

I just have to vent. We have a family member who was rushed to Our Lady of The Angel's Hospital and now has been waiting for hours to be transferred because she can't breath due to her heart and there's no Cardiologist there or even on call there today. She's an elderly woman who is God fearing and honest. She asked another family member to take her Easter dress and shoes home because she was rushed straight from church this morning and as they were walking out of the hospital with here dress and shoes, a security guard literally chased them out yelling at them to stop. So, of course, they did and when they did, he accused them of stealing hospital bed sheets!! ( they were holding her clothes and shoes. Nothing else!!) He didn't ask, he accused!! After following them all the way out to their car, yelling at them. This was after a four year old family member was rushed to the emergency room there and this blood from someone else, before him, was noticed on the gurney. They didn't even bother to clean it between patients. The nurse apologized but that could have been horrible if the parents hadn't noticed it.

A painful emergency room visit was immediately diagnosed & alleviated by emergency surgery. I believe, from its start to its discharge, care was generous, sincere & professional, that I am one of the few to get discharged straight out of ICU. If i had to say more I'd say but 2 things; small but GREAT!!! & Thank you for the experience. We are forever grateful.

Yes this review is focused on switchboard operator registration clerk working on 12/18/2018 at12;29 pm both persons were rude not helpful lack of information. Did not offer other options to solve issue. Nonsupportive ,very point blank talked over me did not even let me finish speaking and cut off conversation abruptly without any further opportunity to speak r ask questions.

Told my mom she was all right , to go home . No medicine , two days of pure pain , and hell. she died of massive heart attach. That was what she went for was chest pain. She was begging someone to help her. They are so scared to really help anyone , or they just don't give a damn. they are rude , and if you want someone to help you , DONT go to this hospital .

People were very lovely an sweet an for my home town to get back better makes me happy
