One minute our dear Papa was a spry 81 year old hopping on and off a ladder to decorate the house for Christmas the next he was laying in a hospital bed after having an amputated leg, life can turn in a minute but I am glad that God brought us to this wounder ICU . Everyone has been kind, caring and patient. We cannot thank you all enough for helping our dear papa and our family to get through this difficult time. The care and compassion of the doctors, nurses and managers was incredible. THANK YOU!
I went with my husband last Tuesday and the attention was very good, especially in the CDU room, (nurses and assistants), Dr Sanchez and his team, I'm very thankful. But the ultrasound team who worked on January 24 were bad, they were improper with the nurses from CDU, I think all patients are important in the hospital. After 15 hours, my husband got to the ultrasound , the girl in charge said to the technician in front of my husband that he was next , he couldn't because there was another person waiting, when we were waiting for more than 15 hours and said the technician had to apologize to the other person but nobody gave excuses to my husband, you have to have friends in that place to better attention? I think the CDU should have their own ultrasound technician and machine.
I got to the emergency room (pediatric) at 10:30am the dr never came to the room i left at 3pm after ask many times how much longer because the boy was feeling bad!!!!! The dr was sitting down using her phone with alot of parents complaining about the time!!!! Last time I’ll bring my kid to this place that shouldn’t be called hospital!!
Please do not bring your loved ones to this Hospital. My experrience was horriffic! They almost killed my mother in law by not hydrating her properly, not feeding her for three days, not communicating what is being done, what has been done. Employees, from Doctors to Nurses who don't speak English. Who are bothered by being questioned and are rude. This Hospital is in the foreign country of Hialeah!!! Run for your life!!

Whatever company is handling parking, they are cheating patients and other customers. They have a sign at the entrance of the lot that lists prices based on duration, then when you exit the actual price they want to charge is double what you see posted before you park. When you complain and mention the new price isn't what you agreed to when you took the ticket to enter, they simply say a new company is administering now and the price that was seen at entrance was from the old company. That is not acceptable. They are tricking people to park on their jacked up prices by misleading them with outdated prices at the lot's entrance.
