What a change from a few years the staff is very caring and truly good nurses. The communication was great. My mother in law was there in CCU and the service was great. it was perfect. The nurses, physicians and cleaning lady all encounters were positive ones. The staff really went beyond to accommodate my mother in law and us. Thank you!

I always try to say something positive about this hospital, but sometimes actions speak for himself. My dad had open heart surgery and they send him home sooner because another patient need the room. Unfortunately he left the hospital with 2 bacteria and need to go back. They put him on CUV unit , there was horrible, nurse left him unattended for more then 4 hours, as soon I arrived in the morning he was in shock and all urine are over him. Hopefully will be last visit to palmetto hospital

I will never come here again. The only reason I would come here if I was dying and as soon as I was stable I would request a transfer to another hospital. The staff is completely rude and very unprofessional. Waited 3 almost 4 hours in the emergency room for a cat scan, by the time it was finally done the contrast had worn off. It took 6 hours to be admitted to a room. Absolutely do not recommend this hospital.

Incredible that there is none, zero option for a free parking. The only hospital in the world that do not offers any unpaid parking. So if you have someone there and need to go regularly be prepare for the mafia in there. Horrible that hospital.

Worst hospital ever... waited 3 hours in ER to be taking in the back to sit in the hallway on a bed and ignored for another hour before I walked out and paid $6 to park.....the staff constantly talking playing socializing not paying any attention or even keeping you updated.... 20 years ago I had I first child there it’s was totally different now... I’ll never go back nor refer anyone to them... that place is for Spanish people only!!!! I give them NO STARS!
