I have battled issues with my health for as long as I can remember, and now it's my husband that needed the help, and I was amazed watching how both quick and efficient they were at managing his situation and his needs with a sense of sincere care & urgency. They are truly on top of things--they do not waste any of your time waiting around for their service, for results, etc. and they do their absolute best to keep you educated and aware of your medical situation and finances at all times. We got here at about 6am and his appendix was out and he was ready to recover in the hospital room before 1:30. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful customer service all around--from the nurses, to the doctors/surgeons, to the front desk and security at the door.

My moms treatments are here. When I come along and see how great everyone treats her, it makes me feel great that they are taking the time to care. Thank you for making it easier on my mother.

The ER is horrible. The nurses don’t wash their hands. They don’t wear gloves. They refuse to give patient updates. They are rude and have an attitude. I have been a nurse for over 8 years and I will never go to that ER ever again. They put patients in the hallways if they run out of room. Doctors are great. Nurses are horrible.

Very clean and nice facility. Staff is nice, but the people in the MRI department are slow and sad with no personality. Need better people to deal with in this department.

Horrible ER. Treated me like I wasn't even a human being - refusing to feed me after 24 hours of being there, treating my family like scum. They botched stitches I needed in the ER, and after a full 24 hours they never changed my bandages once. I begged multiple shift nurses, telling them it was starting to dry into my wound, that it was very painful, and not a single nurse did a thing. I was only able to get new dressing once I LEFT, over a DAY later.
My insurance didn't cover the stay, and instead of waiting the 6 months to give medical debt over to collections - they did it well before that mark.

Absolutely horrible people. If you can avoid taking you or your loved ones here, please do and take care of them.
