Wonderful hospital. Everything was done very efficiently. It was pleasant and thorough. All the staff was very nice and caring. Very nice facility. I would recommend to anyone.

One of the worst hospitals in the south suburbs. If you are in need of urgent care then I strongly recommend visiting a different hospital. The physicians in the ED should learn what good bedside manner is.

My mom was in the cat lab and wants to let everyone know that these people are so nice and she had a great outcome. Thank you all

I recently had cardiac catheter ablation surgery at Palos Hospital. From the moment I walked into the hospital until I was discharged, I cannot give more praise. As I was escorted to my designated surgical area, both the front desk and security officer wished me well. The professionalism was incredible as well as the maintenance of the operation room. The anesthesiologist greeted me and walked me through his process as well as each and every nurse while preparing for surgery. My recovery nurse was attentive and caring. My room was clean and fit for my needs. I had around the clock attention while recovering for the night. I could not wish more from a hospital. This was the scariest experience of my life. The personnel at Palos Hospital held my hand through it all. Highly, highly recommend this hospital for your care as well as your family's.

I called today at 10:00am to speak to someone about a bill I have. I can’t recall her name but I just want to say thank you. I almost never speak to someone who seems so real and understanding over the phone. Usually when I speak to someone they’re “fake nice” or just rude. She couldn’t use magic to make my bill disappear but she tried to help in every way possible and she just seem so sympathetic. I’m just a hott mess right now and I couldn’t even get the correct words out and she just put it all together for me. I did the survey after the phone call but I wish there was an option for me to say more.
