My mom had knee surgery here. The nursing team and doctors have been great! They are attentive and upbeat. Shes very happy with her experience. We would recommend this hospital. The gift shop and fresh fruit at the coffee bar are added bonuses. Thanks for taking good care of my mom!!

My pregnant sister went here for excruciating pain on her right side. Most of the maternity ward nursing staff were incompetent - stuck her multiple times to find a vein, when they finally did, they didn’t clamp it and her blood sprayed a bit down her arm and onto her bed/sheets. The worst part - they put the blood in the wrong vial, so they had to do the whole thing over again. When I asked what we could do so the multiple blood draws doesn’t happen again, a nurse said “oh you want this to happen again?” Like, obviously not this exact thing, Nurse Jerk, but she’s pregnant. We’re obviously going to be back in the hospital at some point. AND the nurse couldn’t see that the hospital bed didn’t fit thru the door and kept bumping it/ moving it around, which made my sis deal with even more pain. Seriously, don’t go here. Incompetence ran rampant.

I get that sometimes nursing is a thankless job, and it was late in the evening. Those nurses are only human, and I get that. But these are terrified family members hoping for the best for their loved ones. Have a little compassion. And learn how to draw/ collect blood correctly the first time. Damn.

Worst place ever! Neglectful, and incompetent, people.
