I had Thyroid surgery here a few years back. AMAZING staff and Doctors. They did such a wonderful job, you can barely see the scar, unlike a ton of others that had their surgery done elsewhere - WORTH THE DRIVE!

Its Boosted

It was extremely clean and well kept. All of the staff I encountered seemed friendly and helpful. No complaints about my visit here!

I’ve seen the good, the bad & the ugly here. One red headed nurse was domineering & spiteful, but the other hospital nurses were acceptable. One doctor caused a world of trouble by giving my mother a drug, black box warned for elderly dementia pts. The doctor would not withdraw the medication even though my mother had a very negative reaction to it, & the worse my mother became, the more the hospital tried to seize control & take her in a deadly direction. Personally I would never, ever be an inpatient there but they do some things right. The paternalism can reach an evil degree here & in case of medical error they will never own up to it.

Had a laparoscopic, outpatient procedure. Having worked in a similar hospital, also with great quality improvement, I feel like all their staff consistently hit the high marks in all areas! They are very intentional and genuine. Glad to have my procedure done there. My only concern was that after surgery, I wish they'd have given me more time before pushing me to leave, but, I also know this is simply modern, outpatient healthcare due to insurance companies. Otherwise they were great!

$1589.40 for a UA? This is what's wrong with our healthcare. The Drs overcharge the insurance company and when they fail to pay, the Drs extort the remainder from the patient with threats of placing them in collections. My Dr offuce told me not to worry, whatever the insurance doesnt pay, they write off. Not happy at all!
