Excellent service. The staff is attentive & caring. Our wait was long, but the e.r. was full of people. My wife was treated 4 an asthma attack & the staff made it as fast & painless as possible. So glad they helped the love of my life. 😊😊😊

I had to visit the hospital on out honeymoon with asthma and I must say that this was the best emergency room visit that I have ever had. Everyone was so caring and explained everything that was going to happen. I will hopefully never have to go back to the er, but I hope that I'm in San Juan PR if I do.

Nyc hospitals should come and take a training class from the doctors and nurses here. They where extreamly compassionate and understanding. I received treatment from an amazing doctor there. They have you in and out fast too. Thank you Ashford medical center. Best hospital in America.

I was on Royal Caribbean cruise ship and referred to this hospital specifically to do a CT Scan. I told the ER doctor that as an obstruction was suspected which is life threatening. When I asked him about contrast for a CT scan he dismissed me and said maybe later. A phlebotomist couldn’t find a vein to start an IV. We waited until an hour before we needed to board the ship with no IV for fluids,no blood drawn, and a bill for a waste of time. I won’t go into details about the condition of the place or it’s cleanliness. Hardly anyone spoke English. It was a horrible place to be for treatment. Our Uber driver told us it’s the best hospital in San Juan. My advice is to fly back to wherever you came for for treatment or take your chances with what the ship doctors can do because at least it’s sanitary on the ship. I wish I could give 0 stars since I got billed for them doing absolutely nothing but wasting my time and money. And the ER doctor today should quit, retire, or be fired for his negligence.
