Great hospital! We recently had to go to the emergency department and everyone from the check-in to the nurses and doctors are amazing! So helpful and the wait time wasn't very long. I am recommending this hospital to friends and family.

Our Mom would not be alive and gaining health if it were not for the profoundly compassionate and competent care she received at this hospital. The Doctors, Nurses, CNA's and Case Managers were incredible in ICU care and were informative, discussed everything with us during a life and death situation, compassionate about family concerns and remarkably competent on medical care. Having experienced numerous hospitalizations through the years with Mom and other family members, we are in awe with the care she received at the Intermountain Riverton Hospital.

Awful experience with the billing department that is costing me my home.

I had an EEG on Jan 26th, which was completely routine. I had saved up my money to pay the bill and called them. "You have no balance, someone paid it! Yay!"

That was perfect, I needed the extra money. I went on for about 3 months thinking that it was paid off.

I got a call last month, from the billing dept. "Hey, we need you to pay, we're going to send you to collections by next February if you don't start paying." I wasn't letting that happen. I was frustrated with them for not keeping an accurate record, but I set up a payment plan and all, said I was good to go, pay us $XXX a month and you won't get sent to collections.

Great, all taken care of.

Nope! Because of all of this, the bill has been sent to collections and is killing my credit. Thanks guys! I'll be switching to a much more competent company .
