My wife had a procedure that was totally covered by insurance. The credit department never sent the insurance company any paper work though they assured us they did. St Alphonsus will lie to your face. After fighting with them they sent it to a collection agency. Upon calling them again they again lied to us. We finally paid the bill to protect our credit. We will never use this facility. The reason I didn't write hospital is we don't consider them one the people who work their will lie to your face. To bad they still are in business. I guess when you die you cannot complain. We wounder how many they have caused this problem for we guess many.

The two guys taking blood in the lab were awesome. One had an awesome mustache and the other was an awesome back up guy. Lol! They were funny and did a great job calming down my 6 year old (and me!). Thank you so much for being kind and gentle. I was so stressed because my son was terrified and they made the entire experience manageable. You guys rock.

First of this is not a ST ALS facility but a privately owned coop between some over charging DRS. Worst ER ever never told us that we weren't in network after the first visit not once while i was in their horrible care. Never saw the bill until after we had already had to go back again but this time for a back injury and again out of network. 8000 plus dollars later from the two visits we then find out from our insurance not the ER that they are not in our network! NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT THE LACK OF CARE! I am in the medical field and am a doctor of pharmacy and the number one reason people seek medical care is because of PAIN! Well I was profiled even though I have never been on a pain killers and guess what both times visiting this ER were for no other reason than excruciating stomach pain (the first visit) and a slipped disks and severe back pain (2 visit). Each time I was not treated enough to even bring my pain threshold below a 8 on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the worst. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER IT WAS 8000 DOLLARS WASTED FOR A HALF HOUR WORTH OF WORTHLESS SERVICE BOTH TIMES AND THIS WAS IN JANUARY 2018 AND MARCH 2018. I DON'T TYPICALLY RIGHT REVIEWS UNLESS SERVICE IS THE EPITOME OF TERRIBLE AND THAT'S WHAT I EXPERIENCED AT THIS ER.

Even though they said they were exceptionally busy the staff was helpful and thorough.

This review is for the cafeteria only!

I highly recommend for a good, quick, cheap meal. You don't have to register or sign, you can just walk in off the street and grab lunch.

The special is only $4.75 and that includes fries and a drink.

I successfully paid with Samsung pay on my GearS3 watch.

Now the important part: the food is super fresh. They didn't start cooking my fish or fries until I ordered. I went right at noon and the line was super short. I waited less than five minutes for my food. Fry sauce is on point. And to top it off, they have bendy straws.

The best lunch you can buy around Garrity for $5.
