Wow. The worst ER. Offered no brace for hurt ankle no wheel chair for help out. Never seen the doctor once and left in a world of pain. I slipped and fell smashing my hip into the side of the tub and twisting my ankle and slammed my head into the bottom of the tub. All they said was go home and take ibuprofen and I might need physical therapy.... No ankle brace no crutches. But I'll get a hefty bill. 😭😤🤨🤯
Needed to go to the ER. Diagnosed with Influenza A. The staff and doctors were wonderful. The ER was clean and it didn't take too long. They also did a follow up phone call the next day.
Went to ER last night per on call nurse advice, spent 2 hours in the ER upon discharge I was told to call my OB TODAY to get a game plan considering what I went to the ER for last night!! I have called all day long and I have not received one phone call at the number I specifically told them to call me at!!! And now, we are going into the holidays and I won't be seen before my scheduled OB appointment.... Really feel like my emergency was taken to damn lightly!!! Super angry with ALL OF THE UNANSWERED CALLS!!!!
I would not recommend this hospital. I stayed the entire month that my day was in this hospital, I never let him stay there one night alone, and let me say not every nurse was terrible, there were a few good ones, but for the majority, they were terrible. They did not follow, or even know, or bother to learn, the protocol the therapists had prescribed for my father. There was no communication between Dr.s and nurses, and therapists and specialists. My everyday comment became, "Does no one read a chart around here". My father worsened under the care of the first Dr. and then a 2nd dr was brought in and he changed every single thing the first dr had prescribed and under his care my father started to recover from his pneumonia. Then they put in a feeding tube and my father declined again and after two weeks, a third dr. who had seen him just one previous time the day before told me I should give up on my dad!! He told me this in front of my father no less!!!! At this time my father his been transferred and he can't even talk! My father was ill when he went in to this hospital and instead of helping him they almost killed him. I am not sure he will ever recover from this hospital and I give you my most sincere advice, DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS HOSPITAL. EVER!!
My husband had a reverse sholder replacement. The staff and doctors were excellent, good food and very comfortable atmosphere. Thank you to all for your wonderful care.
