I recently had surgery at Saint Francis and the service was superb. From the minute I walked in for pre-op until after surgery waiting for discharge, everyone that had a hand in my care was exceptional. I’ve worked in healthcare for 25 years so I’m probably a bit more critical about how things are done and I can emphatically say that their service and care was something to be commended. Thank you for taking such good care of me!!

This is a premier hospital in Tulsa They have the ability to take care of you. They have very nice bedside manners. They have some of the top notch doctors. They have expanded many times over the years. Are located at 61st and Yale. They have a very busy ER. You are rarely come here without it being a lot of people waiting to get in. Where is the Tulsa vicinity goes this is the hospital it many choose to goatee

Our experiences with our mother’s recent surgery and stay at St Francis Hospital has been very positive. The care and professionalism of her surgeon, nurses and others that we have come in contact with has been exemplary. The only complaint which has been a long-term complaint encompassing other time spent at this hospital is the appalling condition of the cardiac ICU waiting room area and amenities. It is extremely tiny, dismal, uncomfortable and unkept. At a time when families are stressed about the traumatic situation of their loved one, it would seem that the continuing renovation and investment of the hospital could include some attention to this area.

Had a surgery scheduled for 5:30 in the morning they didn't start calling for preops till 6 so after waiting for another hour 6:45 rolls around and we go back for preop maybe takes 15-20 minutes tops see two nurses both super friendly speak with the surgeon also friendly explained everything in great detail. Then here comes the kicker the operation started around 7:30, ended at 9:00 and we've been in the waiting room for 3 hours with no signs of anyone getting a room. I suppose that is normal, and I'm sure my relative who is still getting pumped full of more anesthetic doesn't mind because its just an unconscious dollar sign while they clean rooms. Smh google said they cleared 3 million last year maybe hire an extra janitor.
