Nice staff. Poor administration. My dad waited over five hours for his release while everyone just sat around. Nobody even came in to update him on what was going on.

I did not even want to give them 1 star. They do not deserve even 1 star. I would never recommend working with them. We have been trying to settle a bill for months and they have told us on multiple occasions that they do not make mistakes. Our insurance said it could be a simple fix, but again St. Joseph does not make mistakes! My family and I will change our doctors and will recommend them a good review to anyone. It is shameful that an organization cares so little about their patients and will not work with them at all! It appears they only care about the money!

my name is Cascia Hamilton and Sherry Baker Rn helped save my life she is a very good registered nurse i love there staff Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Kumar are amazing Dr. Merchant Ketan is a very good doctor the hospital chaplains and everyone in the ICU and 3rd floor of the hospital not only took care of me but my family as well i will be forever grateful.❤️🙏🏿Cascia Nichole Jones Smith Hamilton ❤️🙏🏿

Having a difficult time trying to settle a bill for services in 2015. It has taken 3 1/2 years to receive the 1st bill and they want to send to collections if I don't pay it immediately. Itemized statement is not correct. 11 items charged total a little over $2000 and their total says a little over $8000. Asked for a correct one and received identical itemized statement. Referred to Medicare and medicare Supplemental Insurance Info is archived due to the length of time from date of service. Referred to medical records which sends me back to billing.
Billing is a nightmare.

Awful experience here after a surgery. Answered their phones in seconds, but, took hours to get to the room. Some staff members were very nice, but most of them were rude. I could hardly wait to leave. I hope to never have to go back to the med-surg floor. Just deplorable.
