We was schedule for an induce, but turn out my wife have a had a c section. I was here with my wife from the day check in to check out. This hospital is wonderful, they got us right in. Every nurses here are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Maki and her team perform very well at surgery. The anesthesiologist Scott is awesome. He is very good, informative, and over the top kindness. All the nurses here that help my wife that we can remember are: Amy, Mandy, Mara, Chelsea, Liz, Ashley Stone are very attentive to my wife with helpful and kindness. I would highly recommend this hospital for Labor and Delivery.

I’m giving one star again because my review I posted about 6 months ago was deleted for some reason. My post was long and very detailed so I’ll make this short the staff is terrible me and my fiancé were treated terribly and I hope P.A. Sarah E. Fisher is no longer working there because she was the worst, all the nurses were horrible and nothing was done for me during my visit there and I’ve lost all faith in via Christi. I am still trying to find out how to dispute my bill because I received no treatment during my visit yet was charged over $300 dollars for simply checking in and being treated like I absolutely didn’t matter.

Didn't even bother staying. Was nothing but polite and courteous to the receptionists, for some reason they are so rude and incompetent you'd probably rather die than deal with them. Especially the elderly black haired (short/mid length) hag that wouldn't allow me to use a quiet room (bathroom) so I could avoid an episode. (Too much sound & stimulation causes me to go into a panic/rage cover my ears etc and there was a young boy screaming). She refused and told me I could " go outside" then the other receptionist tries to defend her while the whole lobby saw her treating me that way. I asked to borrow a pen and she even complained about that. HORRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF. They alone made me not even want to stay. I'm at Wesley- much happier. Don't waste your time on St. Joseph- the witches inside won't give a damn about you. Can't tell you much else. P.S. MANAGEMENT TRAIN YOUR RECEPTIONISTS! Not everyone has a physical ailment. Mental health is real, too. Update the elderly ladies working reception please. Your front desk women actually caused me to have an episode. And ruined my entire day. I'm sorry you women lead miserable lives but leave it at home, k? Fake it till you make and do your damn job with a smile on your face.

We are still very unhappy with our experience. I suffered a miscarriage on 2/24/19. We got to the ER and I was put in a wheelchair right away only to be told that there were no exam rooms available. I'm in severe pain and bleeding and having to wait. After everything is said and done, we were only told we had a miscarriage and no one was sure why. We had to do research on our own. We were never given any options about what we could do afterwards. We felt like we were shoved aside. We went in 3 months later to seek advice and got what we were looking for in the end, so to speak. Still unhappy and feel like we could have been better taken care.

Worse hospital ever! Pregnant with contractions, vomiting and in pain they check my vitals an that was it. Make me wait without checking my baby for more than 4 hours after waiting for so long my husband was very upset and we left. The floor from the waiting room was grossly and the bathroom was very dirty too. I will NEVER visit this place again and 1 star is way to much for this horrible place.
