feedback about Saint Louise Regional Hospital
Came here for my first time on halloweeen due to swollen tonsils and was treated and taken good care of! It was truly an awesome experience (considering being in excruciating pain.) My Doctor I believe her name was Anya (she looked like a Disney princess) was absolutely so kind and attentive to my needs. Everyone was great and so helpful! I was also in and out in a short time which was wonderful! Thank you St Louis Regional Hospital 🙏🏼
I was recently an in patient at Saint Louise Community Hospital. From the care I received as an admit through the emergency Room to the care I received as an in patient I cannot say enough positive about it. The doctors and nurses and support staff were extraordinarily professional and compassionate. Especially noteworthy were my nurses Jessica and Lydia (wish I could remember other name who was there at discharge. :( ) , assistant nurse Lovepeace, and Doctor Vo, the hospitalist. These staff members made what was an otherwise unpleasant experience pleasant through their kindness and compassion.
I had an ultrasound done. I was very nervous about what they would find. The tech that assisted me through the process was Kim. She was totally amazing and made sure I was comfortable, and answered any questions I had during the procedure! Love that she treated me like a person and not like a number! Thanks again, shout out to KIM!
I'm sorry (not sorry) I wouldn't go to this hospital for the life of me! The staff gossips about you to other patients and staff in other rooms , very rude Dr's and Nurses the only one that was nice and humble was the desk clerk. I would ignore this hospital and go to the one in Hollister or San Jose at least those hospitals have a kind staff that don't give attitude if you ask a question. In all honesty This hospital should shut down or fire the rude nurses . worst experience ever!!
