Saint Louise Regional Hospital

This is my local, community hospital. It was a private hospital but a few months ago it went county. Wow what a disappointing turn it has taken . I am actually here now. The ER staff was great as always but after that it went down hill. Shoved into the corner of a extremely small room. Patient next to me has so much equipment, I’ve been pushed aside and often forgotten I was even in the room. Santa Clara County better step up, because I don’t want to drive to San Jose to be treating by an Hospital when we had a perfectly good one within our own Community. South Valley is still Santa Clara County! We pay taxes here too! Step it up, please the community needs you!

We took my 84 year old mom here after a fall. They were kind, very attentive, thorough and the Doctor was so awesome. I had never been here before, and I am impressed. It was also the fastest ER visit I have ever experienced. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!

For the second time this hospital has disappointed me! The first time I was there for a week and they kept diagnosing me with different things my breathing kept getting worse I went to a different hospital and they found the problem and saved my life! This time I went because I couldn’t breathe and they told me all my tests were normal well I got a copy of them and they are not normal! How does this hospital get away with this? Are they just trying to save money? Really? They are going to kill someone!

The ER is the worse ever!!! I went in there with so much pain and left in a room for more than 5 hours with out any medicine or attention!! They took blood work and 2 hours later a so called nurse named LEN came in very rude and without explaining my results just gave me my papers so I can leave.

Came here for my first time on halloweeen due to swollen tonsils and was treated and taken good care of! It was truly an awesome experience (considering being in excruciating pain.) My Doctor I believe her name was Anya (she looked like a Disney princess) was absolutely so kind and attentive to my needs. Everyone was great and so helpful! I was also in and out in a short time which was wonderful! Thank you St Louis Regional Hospital
