Sanford Medical Center Thief River Falls

I realize that in the ER, patients are seen by priority but it is not ok to let a 15 year old sit in the waiting room with shattered bones for over an hour without even being looked at by triage. I even asked for something for the pain for him and was told no. After an hour, we left to find a real hospital.

Went to the er 6/04/19 wasnt feeling good all day. Took a ride in the meat wagon. The paramedics were friendly and the 2 nurses i had were nice. However the overnight doctor basically forcefed me to only eat veggies and fruits and made me feel like i was a waste of his time. Gave me a lecture on having diabetes was all my fault and i said it runs in my family. I will be reporting this.

Charged 189 dollars for new patient exam at chiropractic office but have been there many times. Was asked what was wrong...that was it, no xrays or anything special..i will be appealing the charge. If this stands I will not be back. This has soured me on Sanford and will not return.

Staff was attentive and efficient. Good experience for check-ups and treatment

Made an ER visit today (because clinic was closed), not realizing it was an observed holiday. It was somewhat busy and I felt a little bad for being there for a non emergency, so I expected a wait. Waited maybe 35-45 min and everything went fairly quickly after that. Staff was super nice, and I was actually quite impressed with the service provided considering all of the negative comments I've read on Facebook regarding Sanford's ER.
