Is there someone I can talk to about healthy options to drink? I was at the hospital just now and my options to drink were Water Flavored water Sugar water Coffee Tea Apple juice with vitamin C which is an acid Soda pop You have people at the hospital with sensitive stomachs and ulcers but all they can have is water because your nutrition expert is not doing their job In addition to that, when I asked at the cafeteria, two people acted like they couldn't speak English and two of the four young people having a conversation at the reception desk acted acted like they couldn't speak English until I asked The four young people couldn't help me find someone to ask why they don't have anything except water and sugar water to drink other than coffee or tea or sofa pop and just laughed at me I'll bring my own juice in from now on This also explains why the dietician never returned my phone calls

Horrible!!! I had the worst experience ever at this hospital’s labor and delivery. I delivered my baby via c section, and being a first time mom I was expecting much more care and attention. However, the nurses that were assigned to me were really rude and didn’t really care to answer any questions. They would only come and check on me when I call them for something. I was also surprised with how cheap they are with providing supplies. I had to call and ask each time I needed any postpartum supplies and wait for at 30 min to an hour for a nurse to come in and bring them. They also acted really stingy with providing baby formula like other things they only bring 2 bottles at a time. I didn’t any instructions during discharge instead i was told to read the packet they gave me. I really regret choosing this hospital for such a special moment in my life.

Horrible Mental Health unit. Daughter completely misdiagnosed by Amy. As my daughters own outside therapist as well as 2 OTHER assessments as well as High School Counsler all had stated either rehab for drug abuse or out patient services. She decides to lock us in for 11 hours and have her admitted to inpatient which would be fine if addressing drug issue but Amy decided that wasn’t important right now. Literally said the words ‘we don’t have to address the drug problem right now!’ My 12 year old daughter even knew, address the drug issue first! Complete idiot that doesn’t care!

My husband went to the ER with signs of a bad infection. From the moment we entered the building until we left, we were treated with respect and care. We were quickly seen. His symptoms were taken seriously. Blood work, IV's and other parts of his care were seamlessly woven together. The doctor was knowledgable, professional, personable. He was experience with infectious diseases from other countries. Every detail was attended to. Can any trip to an ER be pleasant? This one may have been.

Horrible. Went in screaming in pain from 2 blocked kidney stones and damage to my right leg. I was told to shut up by a pregnant doctor stating I was upsetting her ER. She didnt tell a child to shut up. Locked me in a clear room. No phone. No nurse's button to press for help. Told me ER is only for someone bleeding n needs stitches n broken bones! Dont go if you are in pain!!!
