Be careful Everyone will be nice I’ll a problem occurs. They will twist their stories and treat you like horrific. From security guards to president do the hospital. Doctor that saw my child fall into the back of her head all of the sudden had amnesia. Lied and refused to be in front of me. Disgraceful!!!! Be careful. Video tape and tape record everything. This is no joke. My child fell on her head hard. Doctor was in the room. Staff was more dismissive than helpful or concerned. ?! 2 out of 4 security guards were helpful yet I still could not get a copy of the incident report. Couldn’t even see it. I was refused, they were dismissive , and even given an attitude. If you get hurt while in there may it be by their doing or an accident, they will make sure to guard their own. It’s insane. They will refuse to give you incident numbers and much more. Extremely rude. Get representation.

Neither I or any members of my family have ever had a bad experience at St. Catherine's. My mom had two major surgeries and three lengthy stays. Everyone has always been caring and attentive. I only gave it four stars because of the mediocre food.

Had an outpatient procedure done here. Staff was very friendly and put me at ease. The doctors were great in explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. Overall a very good experience. The staff were also concerned with my comfort level and got me food and drink when requested

Our experience with the emergency room . Most the employees lack bedside manners. They seem like they don't know what they are doing. You are much better off at any other hospital, like Stony Brook , Southside or Good Samaritan hospitals. The place looks dirty and most employees you have to deal with treat you with a nasty attitude. The third floor looks very old, the hallways are cluttered with equipment. But the staff on the floor are so much nicer and are eager to help. I would rate the floor staff with four Stars.

In 2015 I was physically abused, humiliated, and so called “nurses” named Mr. Delgado broke hippa law by releasing surveillance video of me being assaulted by hospital staff. I was 18 years old, only by a month. I was denied the ability to call my mother to let her know I was there, I was forcibly given injections without my consent for no reason. I was overdosed on said injections (10 milligrams) while I was only 100lbs, I was unconscious for over 24 hours. I was given anti-schizophrenic drugs to keep me a vegetable while I was in their “care”, while I have no history of said condition or ever showed signs. I have anxiety. Any doctor can tell you the difference, especially after I was told I cannot leave or call my mom and was denied a shower or hot food. I was terrified. Nothing was ever done to get justice, no one was ever fired. This hospital is a disgrace.
