I have waited for over 3 1/2 hours to be seen in the emergency room. When I asked how much longer it would be because I was really hurting they said idk we are not a first come first serve so whenever we can see you..I was never seen, ended up going somewhere else...

This place is horrible. They see you in order of insurance not illnesses. You can call bs but this ain't the first time this happened only this time i noticed the insurance cards of the other two people going to the back while waiting still with my daughter. And being the only ones in the waiting room.
