a safe, smart place to go to when you're in doubt of what makes you go there? you just know they're going to take care of it right away. Get the best doctors and most modern science lives there. finally a place where people do what others won't? make good on their word and care!. it's our responsibility see that they get paid and do everything in our power to help them get their insurance payments.cause ending up in the emergency room can happen at any time to anyone at any moment and and it doesn't have to be your fault. Thanks St. Charles for making America great again.
Went in for dislocated hip. Was greeted with aid to see if should help get me get out of truck. Wait inside was pretty quick and taken into ER. Nurse immediately made me get comfortable as could be. Did not take long for Dr. to come and assess situation. Xrays taken by a really caring techs. Whole process was exceptionally done. I've had several dislocations over the years and this was probably the best group of staff ever!
3rd floor nurses making you feel awful? They are trying, I worked there. They have running jokes about patients that are sickening and no one there cares. Go anywhere else.
If I could, I would give 0 stars. Rude and unprofessional staff. ER waiting room staff should be trained a little better on how to behave while people in pain are waiting to be seen. Instead of blasting music, playing on cell phones, having loud inappropriate work place conversations, maybe they should focus on work, or check in with people who have been waiting for hours to at least let them know they haven’t been forgotten about. I understand emergency rooms are a busy place. But as far as being the face of the ER, the waiting room staff should learn to act in a slightly more professional manner. This was by far the worst of all of the terrible experiences we’ve had here.
Hopefully you get hurt during the day so you can visit a real hospital. One of the worst experiences I have ever had, was turned away after a high speed accident and was told “if you start throwing up come back”. To go across the street where they couldn’t believe what happened at st. Charles. I got a surgery(soon after), and if I hadn’t, I could have been paralyzed for the rest of my life after visiting this joke called st. Charles, if I had not consulted professionals at cascade.
