My visit today was an out patient surgery. It was a great experience considering the very poor reviews about St. Mary's!!! (On this very site)
It was VERY clean! Very Efficient, timely thanks to Admitting attendant Teresa! The nurses were WONDERFUL! TERESA, JENNY, RACHEL & JEFF I thank you for your care it was outstanding! Also Dr. Patel for your great care!
Lastly, thank you my dear Dr. P.R. Unni!

I wish I would of read the reviews before I schedule there. Mary at scheduling is the worst. She listens to you while they patiently mess you up. They don’t listen to the patients appointments. They don’t notate the accounts when something important needs to be recorded. BUT They notate the accounts when they need to cover themselves for making a mistake. Financial department is even worst. I’ll be broke this month and borrow money from everywhere to pay the bill. Just so I don’t have to deal with this horrible hospital anymore. Make sure to go with someone at all times if you don’t speak English well. They won’t touch their heart to make sure that everything is correct. They will take your breath if they can.

One fantastic nurse. (Melissa) One really great nurse (Leslie) the rest..... meh. Dirty dirty floors. Posted a pic of 1 sq ft of floor filth. In fact we return to the room after my MIL had an accident & “filth” was left on the floor & side table. (Fecal matter) No one ever seems happy to work there. My mother-in-law has been here a week & very very little updates, compassion, dedication to patient care. I gave 2 stars because of two the great nurses we had. It’s a sad state of affairs at this hospital. Would not recommend coming here for anything other than an ear ache.

I am so hurt and down right angry at the care my mother received while in this hospital.
She has severe broken bones aas well as having horrendously painful disabilities that affect her hands. She pleaded with her assigned nurse's aid to help her stand so she could use the bathroom. The nurse's aid then states I'm not doing that for you. Take care of that yourself. My mother has a broken back and a nurse said that to her. It doesn't end there it gets far worse. My mother has been discharged. Since my mother has been home she has done nothing but cry and continue to tell me more and more. I've been as calm as possible, but by grinding my teeth I've broken 2 teeth.
There are very devoted people who work at this hospital and its because of those people that I am not in jail right now. I feel completely disgusted and depressed for not being there to protect her when she needed me the most.
Please take my advice do not bring your loved ones to this emergency room and specific floors of care.

So my sister brings our 89 year old mother to the ER with chest pain and shortness of breath. She received a quickie exam and then back to the lobby waiting for almost another 2 hours. Patients with Chest pain in any other ER are given priority. What's the deal here?
